Caliber Collision team was a pleasure to work with following a car wreck.
Each team member I met was caring, professional, gave detailed walk-thrus, & just good people. I’m a young woman who’s unfortunately been in a lot of body shops due to wrecks. This is the only body shop out of MANY I’ve been in that did not “mansplain” a single thing to me nor did they assume I didn’t know anything about “car stuff” from simply being a woman. Treated with utmost respect & they made me feel like there were no dumb questions - so impressive & rare in the auto world. Thank you, Rudy.
They even offered free popcorn, water, & coffee on several visits there. I was by myself trying to navigate picking up my car, dropping off my rental, worried about Uber costs, logistics, etc. Caliber went above & beyond - made an exception by picking me up at my own home (4 min away) simply to save me stress/money in trying to navigate how to get my car. Wow!

For transparency, the team did offer me a small Starbucks gift card in exchange for an (honest) Google review. The funny thing is - I had already planned to spend time writing out an honest, 5-star Google review long before knowing about the gift card! I just wanted to wait to review until my car was fully fixed which they did a great job with.
You simply can not go wrong when choosing Caliber Collision. 10/10.
