Fast and personable customer service. The repair team were fast and reliable with the smallest details in my cars repair. They got my repairs done ahead of scheduled completion and I really appreciated that alone.

loved working with Caliber Collision. After reading their good reviews I decided driving 3.5 hours to bring my SUV to them and those reviews weren't lying. From the start to finish I was kept informed of the process with their messaging system. Literally I had no need to bug them to get any updates. Let me say my SUV looks like new again. Thank you so much to Rudy and Caliber Collision Team hope I dont need you again LOL but if I do totally worth the drive !

I would not go to this location. They repaired my car and it took longer than expected and it was sloppy. Plus found out the blinker lights are out as I was driving away which is something they should have told me about. They also said they would make sure the interior would not smell like paint and it does. Not happy with this experience.

Josh and Andrea provided an incredible customer service experience, and my husband and I are truly thankful. Having your car broken into is already a stressful, frustrating situation, so finding a good auto shop is a gift. I highly recommend this Caliber location, you won’t be disappointed! The repair was done on time and the team went above and beyond to make sure that us, customers, were satisfied and happy with the repair.

Josh, Mike and Andrea provided fantastic customer service! There was some confusion with the insurer on a handle that we had pre-paid. Caliber Collision worked with us to correct the issue. The staff was extremely kind and made sure that the issue was resolved. Very grateful to the team for working with us!

I've now worked with them with 3 different insurance claims and will only be working with them in the future! They are friendly and efficient. Their understanding of their job and willingness to work with anybody is outstanding. And I've never been more pleased at any other auto body shop or repair shop I've been to within the Denver metro area. They rock!

Rudy and his team took care of me and gave me good advice when insurance tried to deem my car a total loss. Long story short, my tire cables broke on the way to the mountain and shredded my entire wheel well apart but causing no mechanical damage. Unfortunately insurance said it was a total loss but I retained my car and Rudy was able to get it back to pristine conditions. He told me there was nothing but cosmetic damage and that I should try to keep my car. I love my car. It’s old but runs like brand new. I would’ve never gone thru insurance if I knew i was going to have to change my title to salvage and pretty much lose most of my coverage. Thanks again to Rudy and his team!!

Quick. Easy. Professional. I have never had to use a body shop before so I was not sure what to expect. They gave me an estimate and also informed me that it could go up if other issues were discovered after disassembly (which makes total sense). Luckily the work that needed to be done was only what the estimate was and during the entire process the team was keeping me updated every 2 days which was great. In the end, I was shocked at how good of a job they did, you can't even tell that my car was hit and now it looks like it did when I drove it off the lot! Very happy!
