I brought my vehicle to this Caliber Collision location and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a body shop. The owner, Robert Anastasov, performed repairs without my written authorization — which is required under Colorado law — and then refused to release my car unless I turned over an insurance check. I never approved the repairs, and I never received the check.
Eventually, my car was returned, but only after weeks of being denied access and pressured to pay for work I never agreed to. The situation has been reported to both the Colorado Attorney General and Auto Industry Division, and I’m continuing to pursue every available remedy.
To make matters worse, I still don’t know where the insurance check went. I never received it, and I was told it was in my name — yet the shop released the car without it. That raises serious questions about whether the payment was redirected or mishandled.
Robert also has a felony conviction, and he’s currently named in an active civil case in Jefferson County (public record).
Please avoid this location at all costs. This is more than bad business — it borders on unethical, possibly fraudulent behavior.

I just filed a corporate complaint online also with this Caliber Collision! The employee hung up on me! Then they refused to answer several times when I called back to ask why. The manager refused to give me his name and said it’s Mr. Manager!!! He also refused to help me too and said the reason he is not married is illiterate woman like me, started laughing and then hung up too!

I would like give a 5-star review to Caliber. I primarily worked with Robert, the owner, as well as his son Daniel. They did a great job repairing the front end of my car after an accident. They communicated very well and completed the work on time. They earned my trust, and I used them two more times for other repairs.

Robert, the owner and his son Daniel hosted amazing hospitality! I just moved to Denver from South Florida and I unfortunately got into an accident my first week here.
They Both took care of me and fixed my car door within one weeks time after the insurance company came through. If you ever need a body repair shop, I highly recommend coming to these guys If you ever need anything in your car repaired!

Had the unfortunate experience of two collisions in the span of a few days. A drunk (uninsured and unregistered) kid side swiped the Porsche at 35 mph and the nanny drove the Volvo straight through a red light and into someone’s rear quarter panel. This was summer of 2023. Drunk kids parents were to foot the bill for the Porsche out of pocket, and I did my due diligence by getting a number of quotes from Porsche approved body shops for them.
Robert oversaw the repair of both vehicles. He is very accommodating, patient beyond belief, empathetic and most importantly he is honest. Having two cars out at the same time was certainly not the most convenient situation to be in, and Robert kept us informed every step of the way.
Fast forward to 2025, the front end of the Volvo that was repaired is peeling. It happens. There are so many variables that go into the paint process and one fraction of a variable being off can lead to issues down the road. I called and spoke to Robert, prepared to present my case to him. There was no need— after informing him of the problem, Robert simply asked if I could bring it in the following Monday so that they could make it right.
Any shop that stands behind their work without question is somewhere I’d happily spend my money (although I hope to never have to!)

This Caliber Collison location is not associated with the franchise group, but is a local, family-owned business that has been around for for a very long time. I have used them twice and would use them again. Robert and Daniel will take care of your car and send it home looking like new.

An easy five stars for Daniel and the folks at Caliber Collision Denver! I'm new to Denver and didn't know who to ask for a body shop referral so I hopped on google to check reviews for the shops near me. I was nervous but after reading all the great reviews I decided to stop in. Daniel was very professional and experienced. I walked out of there knowing my car was in good hands. Sure enough, I returned a week later to find my car in flawless condition! I'm so grateful for the service I received here! I highly recommend Caliber Collision Denver.

Bad customers. Service they kept car. Longer than supposed be
My insurance company check he said. Hene revive it only couple week I call my insurance. Company again I think it job call insurance company he went his. Money not my job. This. Place bad I will Not recomd this no body or my. Insurance company
