Had my car towed to this location over 2 weeks ago when I was in a car accident in the mountains. Albert was my representative for my claim and was in charge of communicating with my insurance. He was very communicative during the whole process. Unfortuantely due to the extreme damage, my car was declared a total loss. Once the loss was decided on, I went and got all the items out of my car. Albert was very helpful and helped me them out. Even though I did not receive any collison repair services at this location, I would highly recommend this location to others.

I had a fantastic experience with Caliber Collision! Mike Martindale was absolutely great to work with—he kept me updated multiple times a week and got my car done ahead of schedule. I really appreciated the clear communication throughout the whole process. On top of that, my car was returned to me cleaner than I’ve ever seen it. Good professional service. Mike Martindale was my service advisor and took great care with everything. Upfront and honest about cost and time expectations, and even put a rush on the job for me to get my truck back in time for me to leave town. Repairs look great and they even gave it a good cleaning service inside and out!

The repairs were excellent and my vehicle is as good as new. My issue with this shop was the front desk. As a professional that is customer facing, I felt the customer service wasn't great, I talked to Mike, the general manager and he listened to my grievance, and I hope it helped identify an area that I feel could improve.
