CARSTARWest Auto Body did a fantastic job taking care of my car. They worked perfectly with my insurance. The two women, Emily and Julia, I worked with were very courteous and very professional. It amazed me that I was called by name rather than my license plate - think dealership. I appreciated the quality of their work and the courtesy afforded me that I took my car back for more work to be done that was unrelated to the initial repair. The price is fair and the service is top notch!

Carstar West Autobody did a fantastic job. They repaired my car and it looks great. But honestly, where they really shined was their customer service. They were responsive, attentive, friendly, and did everything they said they would. They went above and beyond to get back to me on an item I had left in my car. You just don’t see customer service like this anymore. Hands down, I’d use them again.

Carstar is a 5star auto body repair shop. All the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone whose car is in need of repair. Their communication throughout the repair process is top tier. The whole process was very smooth.

Was rear ended. Brought our vehicle here. Our truck had a custom bumper with a custom paint job, black paint with anti-rust on the back. I asked them twice about the paint job. One told me, that the truck had to be put back to pre-accident conditions. It wasn't done. There was also a dent that was missed. They asked us to bring it back for a day. No. It should have been done the first time. I will never bring my vehicle to this place, even if the insurance was paying for it, again.
I've been involved in a few accidents and every time I would take it to a body shop, they would go above and beyond their services. Not this place. From the beginning, I felt like I was going to be disappointed in some way.
I wanted to add some more stuff. Anyone reading this can take it how they want it.
I was taking a look around the bumper that was put on our truck and noticed that a bolt had came loose as I gripped it with my hand. I looked at the rest of the bolts and all, but 2, came off with just my hand. Especially, all the LED lights. I was surprised that they were loose like that. I don't know why the washers that were provided with the bumper were not use to secure the bumper properly, but here are pictures of the assembly.

A true beacon of light when it comes to customer service and quality work. I was rear-ended about a month ago. Dealing with insurance was a nightmare until I finally got connected with Carstar and they started running point on the process. Answered all my questions. Always had a live person answering the phones and politely answering my questions (I vote she gets a raise, btw!). They worked seamlessly with Enterprise with regard to the rental, regularly communicated updates on the work being done, and finished ahead of schedule. Picked it up today and objectively looks better than it did before the accident. Can’t recommend them enough and will be back if I ever need anything else done. Thank you for turning a giant headache into a much smaller pain.
