I had a really good time! I found 2 cute sets for my baby cousins. Everything was very affordable as well. The girl helping me I believe her name was ovion she was very kind :)

I had a pleasant experience at Carters today. My husband and I were out exchanging items. I didn’t have receipt for the items because they were gifts, so the manager let me exchange them but I was worried for my husband being in the car with our almost 3 year old going on terrible threes and our 3 month old. The store manager set out some coloring sheets and crayons and set up a tablet so that my son could come in and have fun while I shopped and my husband could watch our baby. I have never felt so comfortable shopping in my life. I appreciate the team at carters for making our day brighter and easier.

Ashley, the store manager, is amazing! I called the store when my son was in the ICU and explained that I needed fully snap open rompers for my son to accommodate his lines and tubes. She pulled a few options aside and knew exactly who I was when I walked in. I returned with my son a couple of months later and she helped me find additional snap outfits and talked through modifying certain outfits to meet his needs. We will continue to go to this store for our clothing needs!

I stopped by this new location near to our home now. Nayeli and the store manager where super helpful and welcoming. Super nice setup and cleanliness.

My first time in the new location today. The store was clean and fully stocked. I was greeted and asked if I needed any help by Ashley upon entering the store. She was super helpful and just so sweet.
