From the moment we walked in we were not treated with respect! We were looking at the products online and wanted to see them in person before spending $4,000 here. Whoever the employee is should learn customer service and how to speak to people. Casper lost a paying customer because of him. Accused of playing in the store and not being a purchasing customer. My wife and I are disgusted at how this employee treats people. NEVER COMING BACK1/12/24

It pains me to write this because we love the product. Sadly, everything about the customer service after the delivery is appallingly bad. The bed was delivered and the delivery crew couldn't figure out how to install the brackets that keep the bed from sliding around. The company that was supposed to pick up our old bed never showed, despite repeated calls and texts saying that they would be there - I waited eight hours and no one arrived. When we finally got someone to pick up the old bed, they gouged our wall on the way out. We have been trying for months to get the brackets installed and I can't even get them to call or email me. Casper's excuses are unacceptable - if they are using outside vendors to do their work, then Casper is responsible for the incompetence of the vendors. I have spent countless hours trying to resolve our various issues. I would really think twice about buying from this company.

I think a bed made of actual rock and pieces of glass would be more comfortable to lay on the ANYTHING made by this company.

My wife and I just bought an original hybrid mattress, adjustable base, frame and headboard, and are VERY happy with our purchase. The store is great and Ron the manager was just the best throughout the process. We'd slept on a Casper in an Airbnb and then did some research on Consumer Reports so we were kinda disposed to buying in the first place. But Ron took us through our scheduled "nap" appointment and helped us understand everything. Zero pressure but Ron is VERY knowledgeable. We were super comfortable, and very happy with our purchase--which he had to have delivered. We live far enough outside Denver in a small place in which deliveries can be a bit hard to schedule, but Ron personally ensured that everything came off smoothly. He was always professional and attentive. In the several nights since it's been here my wife and I have had the best sleep in many, many years. Our only regret is that we didn't do this sooner. We highly recommend both the product and the store.

I loved my experience with Casper at Cherry Creek. I came in knowing only what I had read online and without a strong opinion of what or if I was definitely going to buy. I thought Id come check out the mattresses myself to possibly take advantage of the Black Friday specials. Paul the asst. manager was amazing and clearly well versed but not too pushy. Gave 110% at his job without the overly salesy approach that is off-putting Casper is lucky to have employees like Paul!

The employees here are amazing and having the chance to try the mattress out in person made our decision easy. I'd the in-person store wasn't here, we probably wouldn't have bought a Casper mattress. We ended up buying online because we could get an extra 1% off through Rakuten, otherwise we would have bought it directly from the store.

People here are great! We got there 5 minutes before they were closing on Sunday, but they still welcomed us and recommended us to take our time and try all mattresses, and we placed an order on Sunday night, because of our great experience at the store.The only reason that I no giving 5 stars is that when I placed the order, the website didn’t warn me that the item was out of stock and may arrive later than expected. I contacted customer service today to ask why it’s not shipped yet and they said it is out of stock until next week.

Summer was so helpful in our mattress search and purchase process. We got to lay on all of the mattresses and pick our dream mattress. Some stock in store and some to ship. Very accommodating and would highly recommend!

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. Bought a Casper mattress through Target and Casper won't come pick it up. Target representatives did not have a clue how to initiate this return and asked me to bring the mattress back in. This is a JOKE of a company and the mattress gave me a back problem. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS.
