I am so frustrated with this company. I have two pallets that left California on 8/25 and arrived in Denver on 8/28. For the past 19 days I have gotten the runaround from them. Every excuse imaginable: no drivers...your shipment is delayed because you requested a liftgate...we're backed up with heavy inbound volume...The pallets have beeen sitting on their dock for 2+ weeks without any idea on when they will arrive.Update: I finally received a call from their dispatch to set an appointment, followed up by three more calls from different dispatchers all trying to set an appointment, even after one was set. It finally arrived and what a mess. The pallets had been smashed, double stacked and even left outside in the rain.The driver was pleasant, but the rest of the company, not so much. I cannot recommend using this company in any way, shape or form.

If I could give a half a star I would. I had multiple shipments waiting to be picked up. When the empty truck finally showed up after waiting 3 days, dispatch (Brian) told the driver to only pick up 1 pallet which was the newest order. Central is practicing bad business and it shows in their reviews.

How is this place still operational? Delays over delays and every day you get told, "your shipment is loaded on a trailer and is pending delivery for tomorrow" but is not true. From two separate shipment, a few items were delivered, and the rest was left behind at the warehouse. Over 8 days delayed.

Over 3 week delay while I was being told my skid was sitting in a trailer at the terminal waiting to be reloaded for delivery. Worst logistics experience in my entire life. Will never be using Central Transport again.

Got an email to come in for an interview waisted my gas to find an abandon lot that looks like it used to b an old dock from the 60's called multiple numbers no answere drove around the block multiple times found a door that was locked this is insane if this is how you invite people to interviews I have no interest in working for you couse I dout I would even get paid from the looks of this place.

Every excuse imaginable: no drivers...your shipmen is delayed because you requested a liftgate...we're backed up with heavy inbound volume... Here we are almost 2 weeks later and they can't set a delivery date. I have zero faith that they will ever deliver it and am begging the shipper to recall this and reship it with another company. I cannot recommend using this company in any way, shape or form. The worst.

This place is very unprofessional. They appear to not not hire enough Black Drivers to not get sued for discrimination. They give you the run around and gave you getting documents come for interviews and tell you that they’re processing your application. They say 3 mths experience but will take new drivers. Have you fill out a whole bunch of paperwork . Tell you that HR is processing you and then won’t return your calls. When I went in there were 5 drivers with paperwork and the licenseWe’re visible. I asked if they were new hires. Zach told me they were people that didn’t make the cut. Guess what? Everyone of them were African American. I know 2 other Drivers that had the same experience. They’re not professional enough to pick up the phone and say we can’t hire you. Sad that this is happening in 2022

It is sad that we didn't have any choice with a delivery from this Company! Were supposed to deliver the item today and after waiting for hours with no update. We were told by their Customer Service I use the term loosely! ThatThere was no liftgate available so it would be Tuesday or Friday of next week! What a joke

If I were you I would never work for this filthy company. Drivers are underpaid! They will advertise one pay rate and your hired it’ll be a lower pay rate then what they offered. Terminal is in a homeless infested area. There are people sleeping in trailers and in trucks on the yard! They fire people for things they haven’t done , overall unorganized company with no room to grow . only room to make central transport richer . If i were you I would choose a different LTL company to work for. These people don’t have your best interest.

I wish I could give company 0 stars.This is the worst delivery company I have ever worked with. I felt like someone was pulling a prank on me with how terrible the customer service is. I’ve never experienced more terrible service in my life and there are quite a few companies with pretty bad service, but this one is by far the worst. Please save yourself the headache and nightmare you’ll receive dealing with this company. We are over a month past our first scheduled delivery date and they keep pushing it back. At this point I don’t think we will ever receive it. What a scam!

Watch out for Junk Fees. They are the Spirit Airlines of motor freight. Any quote you receive from them wont include things like limited access fee which they charge for almost everywhere, Dock appointment fee for delivering or picking up from the dock, Reclass fees where they ignore your stated class and NMFC and use FAK.They think they can do it because people will just pay it and move on. We are just going to stop using them all together.These are all on top of the usual fees that all the other carriers I use charge.

Bad management. Horrible tiny dock . Bad/faulty equipment from forklifts to truck and trailers. Illegal to the bone. Poor working conditions. Stay away unless desperate and I mean that.

We have waited 3+ weeks for a delivery. Excuses every day, if they even respond. Our shipper has indicated they will never use Central Transport ever again!!!

I've never been fond of the way these guys drive and a driver just sealed the deal for me today. Unsafe, rude and unprofessional behavior all around at this company. The truck in question, driven by someone who thinks it's alright to cut the line and make other drivers wait, because he's far too important for the likes of a lowly queue.

They lost a pallet and refused to take any responsibility for it. They offered me $100 for $10k+ in goods they lost.I had 2 pallets that had to travel about 10 miles. In 3 days of handling the shipment, they managed to lose (or steal) one of the 2 pallets.Completely worthless and irresponsible company. Avoid at all costs.
