or item, Ace Hardware is my GO TO store. The associates are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I love the one-on-one interaction. The quality and pricing of items can’t be beat.

Needed to have my screen replaced. And Fabian was helpful prompt and went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend ask for him when you go. Originally told me 6 weeks but had it done quick and even offered to stay late to help me.

Although I love stores like this, I just can not handle being followed around and asked if I need any help literally every 2 minutes. I understand they might have a theft problem. But you just can't treat everyone like they're a thief or they're doing something wrong. I was trying to read the back of a product and was asked 2 times if I need help. It's hard to shop when your constantly bothered. I dropped my hand basket and walked right out the door. Never going here again.

My mother came here to request help with fixing her car key, but unfortunately, the employee was extremely rude, making her feel unwelcome. After inspecting the key, he threw it on the counter, citing concerns about potential damage liability since it's already in a fragile state. I feel that he could have managed the situation more effectively and maintained a more professional demeanor. Will definitely not be coming back!!

I have had the best experience with this location. Ace Hardware has always been my favorite go-to store for many years. This location stands out above the rest! I called because I needed a M14 1.5 Hillman Steel Jam Hex Nut (which they had) and the phone was answered almost immediately. Cindy greeted me as soon as I walked in and directed me to the correct aisle to speak with the associate ( I wish I got his name) I spoke with on the phone, who was super knowledgeable. Headed to the checkout and the cashier was very kind and friendly 😊. What stood out to me was Cindy she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, this store is a 💎 for sure. Thank you Ace for having such a great team it really shows at this location.

I needed to replant after a hail storm and I didn’t know where to start. I found a helpful and knowledgeable sale associate Tyrone who took the time to help me figure out what I could do to get my garden back from the damage that occurred and what to pant this time of the year. I left hopeful and happy. Thanks again for having a well stocked and managed store.

I walked in and stood quite awhile, trying to locate where the toilet seats might be. After I found everything by myself, magically 3 workers were gathered together and asked me on the way to check out if I found everything ok.

ERNIE SIR YOU ARE WITHOUT A DOUBT A GOD SENT! I have been sitting in 100+ degree house and you even with a smile helped us. You not only knew exactly what you were doing, but were even able to give us a new plan since the mushroom head thing was a no-go!
Truly Praise God we have always had good luck with Ace Hardware employees (minus one she was awful). Any gibberish I speak or new invention I have or a pickle jar I find myself in, the crew at Ace truly listen, they talk with you and actually have knowledge for what you need/want and sometimes newer improved methods for your project!
