What the hell kind of bank doesn’t have tellers who accept cash to deposit into your account?

This is not a true branch. It’s “digital only” according to the person there that told me they can’t help.

No tellers, very limited banking services. They need to update to indicate this is strictly for Private Client.

It is listed as a "Bank" or "Bank Location," but upon arrival, it is only an "Electronic Chase" that is what I was told. Can't do anything at this location if you are not a member.

Yeah this “branch” is worthless. Hours are still wrong despite so many reviews pointing that out.And even though it looks like a regular brick-and-mortar bank branch from the outside, it is not. It is “digital-only”, which appears to mean just ATMs and a salesperson to sell you some investment opportunities. All to save money on employing tellers I guess. Might as well use an online bank.

Just moved to Denver and had to transfer banks as our old bank is regional. In order to set up an account, you have to set up an appointment. We set up an appointment, when we arrived for the appointment, the doors were locked. We waited, knocked, called, etc. We finally got a response and rescheduled.I wasn't available so my spouse set up the account without me. I couldn't be added at the time because I wasn't present.I also set up a business bank account with Chase online. I went to another branch to deposit checks because this branch was closed. While there, I asked to be added to the other (personal) account. I was told I couldn't do that there, I had to go to the location the account was created. It would no longer be open by the time I could get there. The lady who was helping me deposit checks was rude.I eventually made it in to get added to the account. I was told they couldn't do it and I would have to set up an appointment. So I set up an appointment. By the time of the appointment, too much time had passed and they could no longer add me to the account, my spouse would have to come in again and authorize it.My entire experience with Chase, and this location in particular, has been more than frustrating.

Had a wonderful experience opening a business account with Diego. Scheduled an appointment online yesterday and was in and out today in 30 minutes while having a really nice time chatting with Diego as he completed all of the paperwork.

Just went in to deposit some money. Turns out you can't do that at this location. What is the freaking point of a bank that you can't deposit or withdraw cash from!!! Unbelievable. At least they were really rude about it.

No one here Can help with anything. Only a bunch of lazy losers work here and they are all too stupid to do anything bankers should know how to do.

This bank is limited on what they will do for you. Customer service is minimal at best. They don’t want you to come here. Go to literally any other chase.

No tellers. Should be listed as an ATM location, not a bank.

Why can't I call and speak to a freaking person? I hate Chase. If I am there, they say call and make an appt. You try to call and speak to anyone to make an appt.

Not a real bank, only a “digital location”. They have nothing to read your cards and couldn’t do cashiers checks (the teller was too new and the manager was out for the month). AVOID
