They were very kind to me, giving me an appointment to open my account, they explained everything to me in Spanish with a translator and I was very pleased when I opened my account.

Do not come here if you need ATM access outside of their normal business hours, they suddenly do not allow it anymore.

I say the customer service I came to today was excellent, very welcoming, and the workers were very helpful with a smile. Explaining and communication is excellent. Another Chase Bank with great service and welcoming.
