Hopefully you don't need to use the ATM inside after hours. The access reader to gain access to the ATM has literally been broke for months. This is not the only location. It seems to be getting harder and harder to access your money after hours with Chase Bank. Two of their locations closer to me have closed down and literally in a 30 minute trip across town three locations I stopped at I could not access the ATM inside

The 12 year old bank Manger was rude condescending and called me a liar. There was an issue with the app where I transferred money out of my savings account into my checking account and then when I transferred it back he tried to tell me that I got it backwards that I transferred a different amount than what I did when I tried to explain to him that the app was incorrect. He called me a liar and I told him I wanted to close my accounts because he was condescending and kept asking me what I wanted him to do when all I wanted was someone to explain to me what was going on with my accounts he was a rude 12 year old little boy who doesn't know anything about customer service and should be fired immediately do not go here. When I told him I wanted to close my accounts he threw me out of the bank

Tellers are rude, ATMs are broken more often than not. This branch is in a difficult location (so two stars vs. one) but the staff could at least try. Go to another branch - the location at Kent place is very helpful along with the location at Alameda and Broadway. Great financial institution, poor hiring practices at this one branch.

Why are they closed at 12 on a Saturday? Your buisness hours donot reflect a lunch at this time. I came back at 12 40... still closed. All you have to do is update your buisness times or put a note on the door.

This is for the delightful young man with the blonde hair and glasses at this location on Thursday afternoons, working with Savanah (also delightful)- thanks for such a pleasant experience! He should get a raise!

I just stopped by Chase Bank branch located at Colorado and Iowa to get some emergency change for our business today for first time, I was shocked to find out how rude and unhelpful the team members even leadership at this particular location are. I almost felt like I went to different business because never had such bad experience with all other branches. Horrible service, poor leadership and rude staff plus their store is dirty :(

Drive thru light was green only for the screen on the atm to tell me its out of order. Ok no biggie I'll just go to the atm inside. They're closed so the door is locked. There's a sign that says I can scan my debit card to unlock and use the atm inside. It doesn't work. I see workers inside having a meeting ignoring me. Another woman walks up to the door as she was having the same issue as I did with the drive thru atm.One of the workers is now hand signaling to us that we can't use the atm inside and is pointing to the direction of the drive thru!I'm trying to signal to him that it's broken and he just literally put his hands in the air and shrugged.1. I'm sure some kind of leadership role was a part of that meeting. That person should have acknowledged me immediately and could have spoken to me face to face instead of playing charades.2. They could have just left a sign at the door saying they are no longer allowing access to atms after hours.3. They should have not left the drive thru light green which means the atm is available and working.Such a waste of time and the situation was handled very poorly by the employees there.

My favorite local branch to work with! Tellers and bankers are very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient (shoutout to Gi in particular, she’s wonderful).

Dealing with banks (any bank) is annoying - whether it be in person or online. That being said, everyone at this location understands that and they are so friendly. Farah was also a BIG help getting a Business account set up. Glad this is my local branch!

I'm actually not sure what kind of review to leave here after my experience at this location. I walk in with a loving attitude I say hello to everyone that's in there and out of the corner of my eye I see the security guard wearing a thug/robber mask giving me a death stare and didn't say anything in return and the other employees in the office are acting like decent human beings. Is he deaf? Is he special needs? Has he heard of hospitality? Does Chase bank want this kind of behavior from people that work for them? I let it go but as I'm leaving and turn around from the front desk this guy is just staring at me with his eyes squenched like he was about to come after me or something. I tell him goodbye and this guy doesn't say a word in return, just keeps staring at me with that aggressive stare. I get outside and turn around and he still giving me a death stare like what the hell. Also, there's a way to be safe and secure and not promote your employees looking like punks and thugs wearing robber masks as the security guard. Why is a your security guard hiding his face and staring at your customers leaving them feeling extremely uncomfortable?

Long story short, I lost my debit card, cancelled it, and In doing so I accidentally cancelled my wife's debit card. I went to this location off colorado blvd due to time restraints (ie not my normal chase branch). I walked in, greeted by the security guard, cool. Approached the teller desk, this guy, Chris Murphy?, I don't know if he is a manager but he may as well have been Jesus. He got me another card, and spent time to set up a new app profile, and walk me through the Chase app. Excellent customer service. Large banks get a bad rap but this guy is not disgusted by customers. I wish I lived closer.
