Do NOT bank at Chase! Worst customer service you'll find and they do not care. They refuse to hire anyone despite being a multimillion dollar company and their customers having to wait over 30 minutes when they call their 800 #. I have their credit card and cannot download end of year reports. Typical hold times are over 30 minutes. Then when you get a representative, they tell you they'll connect you to the right department and you're on hold again for 30 minutes. If you try to call an individual bank, you'll get an AI recording stating to call back later as they are busy. Just the absolute worst bank in the USA. I hate Chase and you should too. Oh and yes, I will be closing my account with them.

Thai is ridiculous! They will lie right to your face!Called them to get an appointment with a notary.They said: Come over at 4:15!I asked: do you need my name?They said: Nope, we have 2 notaries today, you can just walk in.I got in there. The girl goes: We have no appointments available today. Your name is not on the list.I said: I called and they told me to come at 4:15She said: I never spoke to you and you are not on the list.

I’ve always had pretty good service here, not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My personal banker has always been there for me.

I am actually just disgusted all together with my experience. My card and ID were left at work and I came in to make a deposit. Luckily I have my Colorado digital app with my vaccine record and Colorado issued ID. I was told they weren’t allowed to use them which is a lie. I then used my social security number, may I add again I’m MAKING A DEPOSIT NOT WITHDRAWAL. They then say because I have cash they cannot take my deposit. The moment I pick my physical ID up I will be closing my account. The manager was also talking down to me. I was in a rush and she wanted to lecture me instead of answering simple questions. I’m sick of chase bank.

It's a bunch of incompetent clowns working at this location. Good luck getting into your safety deposit box, you need an appointment and they don't pick up the phone when you call. Marlon is awful, and Chase is the worst!

Service so bad, I wish I could give negative stars. Went in today to access my personal safety deposit box. Marlon was EXCEPTIONALLY rude to me, insisted that I had to have an appointment, and that I had to call to make the appointment and return later. This has not historically been the policy and is not the policy at ANY bank I am aware of, but he refused to allow me to access my deposit box. I told him I'd happily wait to access my items. (Although, I was the only customer in the bank and there were three people working.) He argued with me about having to make an appointment for more time than it would have taken to access the deposit box, wasted my time, effectively held my personal items hostage, and when I called him to make the appointment, while he was sitting at his DESK, he didn't answer and there was no way to leave a message. It was so nonsensical and frustrating, and now I have to arrange childcare to go back on yet another day. This man personally cost me hours out of my life and inconvenienced me beyond what I had ever imagined a bank clerk could do. I have never had such a negative customer service experience anywhere. Don't bank here. Period.

This bank is the worst, most incompetent bank I ever saw. Two of my accounts completely disappeared. When I tried to find out what happened, a robo-operator says everyone at the bank is busy. Call our customer service line in the Philippines or India where nobody speaks English. Good bye.

Had to get a quick notary signature. Justin Nagai was the nicest person I think I've ever met at a bank. Not to mention, he went above and beyond and provided me the FedEx supplies I needed and helped me get it shipped out.Thank you, Justin!

Not the best experience..... First off, the building his a little hard to locate because their drive thru is attached to a different building and their lobby is in another building! So I there needs to be signs that say the lobby is located in the next building. When I finally found the building with the lobby there was a sign in the door that said Private Bank only, so it made it feel like they only did private baking and not normal transactions. There was no one greet me when I walked in so I got in line for the tellers. I knew I had to see a banker but since there was one one to greet me I didn't know where else to go. I felt like they only had one banker because there were three people in cubicles off to the side sitting at their desks all talking to each other about Halloween. Not helping other customers waiting for a banker. When I was finally helped, I asked about the Disney Chase VISA cars and the banker I worked with had no idea what I was talking about! He even asked if they (chase) offers that card and where did I find it. I had to look it up on my phone and show it to him. He then looked it up on the internet and found it. He still didn't know what all the card entailed so he basically read me what the internet said. I felt like he was unprepared and not very knowledgeable of the products his company offers. Over all: the building with the lobby was hard to location and the banker did not know about the product I was asking about. Not the best experience at this Chase location.
