This piece of sh** branch looks like something straight out of Seattle. And you can't access their atm outside of banking hours because their doors are broken and the card reader to access the atm vestibule doesn't work. This branch bears the Chase brand but it sure feels like a Bank of America.

Would not recommend this location. Paid parking. Management is not familiar with accurate processes and procedures. I went for a simple name change and it took over an hour. Leaving I thought it was taken care of online and a package for cards was in progress. Turns out there’s no such thing as a package for name change and my online account wasn’t updated.

I had an appointment here and showed up on the wrong day. Usually the banks are so busy now that they can’t take walk ins. The bank manager Colin helped me realize my mistake but took me anyways and personally helped me set up my account. He gave me advice on how to manage and reduce fees I may be accruing on other accounts some not even with chase. Outstanding customer service and one of the more pleasant experiences I’ve had at a bank these days!

I liked the staffs there. They were very helpful, friendly and professional. Just a heads up: I went there today and the door is locked, there was a paper said it is temporarily closed even though on Google map, it is marked "Open".

I understand times are hard but it is not safe to allow homeless people to sleep in your lobby. There are 2 homeless men hidden behind the ATM machine. Not exactly the most comfortable situation when making a cash deposit. Definitely not coming back until there is some form of security to keep your customers SAFE!
