Had to jump on here to throw more stars their way!Chase has been my bank for sometime, however I never find myself going into a physical location anymore. Digital banking on your phone virtually takes the place of going in to a bank, but over the past few months I had to pop in here for various needs.This location is right off Broadway. They usually have a security officer inside or outside the entrance. Employees are friendly and have been able to handle each request with ease.Last week I needed a cashiers check for closing on my house. The teller was friendly and cheery. Within a few minutes I was on my merry way.This might not be my longest are sexiest review. But it serves as a friendly reminder to shout out those who serve us and do so efficiently and effectively!

Tried to drop by and use ATM and door doesn’t even work - won’t scan card after hours at all. Typical chase jank even though they have billions upon billions. Absolutely unacceptable and a waste of my time.

So I normally don’t go into this branch. So I withdrew my money but before that I noticed a large pride flag hanging as soon as you walk through the front doors. There was no American flag or any other group represented. I asked to talk to the manager but she was on the phone. I left a note expressing my distain and how extremely offended I was that they would pander to a small group in the community and leave the rest of us out. Do you know which flag is inclusive of everyone in the community? The American flag. And that should be the only flag hanging in the bank.

Why is the door to the ATM always locked? Have to pay a fee to use the ATM at Safeway because Chase location is always locked

I completely understand having a lock on the doors accessing the ATM. However the lock has been broken for as long as I can remember. It’s frustrating because I’ve reported this to the branch manager on multiple occasions. Nothing has changed. Wish I could get paid back for all the ATM fees.

Tellers are having full blown conversations that a banker should be doing for 10 minutes with one client. There was one teller, with 7+ people in line. No urgency or desire to help clients was shown at all. Highly recommend against using this branch ever. There doesn’t appear to be a manager or anyone to help with clients or greet them.

Welp, I'm glad it's not just me. Rudest and most embarrassing experience with a teller in my life and I lived in NYC for a decade so that's saying a lot. They weren't always this bad but something changed this year. Never going back to this location.

I appreciate the security lock on the outside door to the ATM…I don’t appreciate the branch not fixing a malfunctioning lock mechanism. This is now the third time that I’ve attempted to drop my receipts for my business at this ATM…7 patrons have turned away in the past 10 minutes I’ve been here, 5:15pm-5:25pm on a Wednesday, so clearly this branch has zero concern for its customers and holding their money. Perhaps I’ll be taking my business banking elsewhere

These fucking people probably couldn't keep the lights on if the fucking light switch was right in front of them I don't know why I bank with Chase. I'm debating moving to fucking something else I mean I can withdraw cash unless I come during business hours like this fucking people do not know how to run a business. It's embarrassing for Chase as a whole.

I asked if there was a restroom and the guard nicely told me there was not a publlic one. I then went and asked the banker I was working with who's initials are LR if I could use the restroom. She took me to it. It was a test. Your people need to get on the same page. Since one said no and the other said yes; I will he giving a negative customer service survey; if I get one.

I came in to have my name legally changed as I have a business and mortgage account with them. It’s been a long and hard process to get my name change led with this specific bank. I’ve been to several different branches, and this branch in particular was filled with the most friendly people I think I’ve ever encountered at a bank from the security guard all the way to the person that helped me and stayed on the phone with the mortgage company until everything was complete.

Do no use Chase, they are highly questionable and everyone I know has had major issues with them. This location was the straw the broke the camels back for me, but I've never had a good experience with Chase. The best I've had is an 'acceptable' experience.Rude staff, arbitrary delays, difficulty moving money, difficulty speaking to anybody that isn't a robot, etc. Find a small, local bank that actually cares about their customers.
