They make you wait for the next "available" banker when the bankers who are here are obviously available. Just sitting around. One guy says he is just here once a week and he is a "business" banker. So he can't help me evidently. Well, guess what, I am a business customer!

Walked in to 2 people talking so they could point me to the ATM for my cash withdrawal. Horrible work ethic from almost everyone who works there. One helpful employee: when the lady in front of me tells her life story to the one open teller window on another visit.

For what I went in for to get paperwork notarized, they were helpful and friendly.

I closed my account with Chase because of this location. They treated a customer I wrote a check to like a homeless person. Do not use this location.

I like that they have a secure walk up atm in their lobby so I don't have to use the drive through outside. Lobby hours are 9-5 and drive through is open 24 hours. Their atms do tend to run out of 20's later in the day and you can only get 100's and 5's. A lot of places don't like taking 100's. So be aware of that but otherwise it's a good option if you just need a quick secure atm on Colfax.

I've been a loyal customer of Chase for several years, and it deeply saddens me to pen this review. My recent experience at the Chase at 2310 E Colfax was disappointing to say the least. From the moment I walked in, I was met with an atmosphere of indifference and, shockingly, condescension. Not only were the staff evidently uninterested in assisting, but the bankers I interacted with were rude, making me feel belittled throughout the entire process. It's disheartening to realize that years of loyalty can be overshadowed by a single negative experience. I had expected a higher standard of service and professionalism from Chase. I am especially embarrassed that I brought in a close friend to open a new account and he witnessed the mistreatment. The banker was Matt Shaugnessy.I truly hope the management takes note and implements necessary changes.

THIS BANKS DRIVE UP ATM IS ALWAYS BROKEN!! I was so excited that a chase branch was so close to my new apartment, but I have been coming to this atm after work to deposit my tips and there is ALWAYS and issue. 5 times out of ten they are not accepting deposits at this time or the screen is malfunctioning, or the cash feed doesn't work. You are multimillion dollar bank who charges $34 overdrafts on a whim that really hurt working class people. The least you could do is fix the ATM, a service that you promise people when they open an account with you. I miss living close to the 1038 E Sixth Ave business branch. They know how to take care of their customer base.

This review is for Chase bank as a whole— this branch is where I opened my account.I opened a new business account last Wednesday May 31st. On Jun 6th my banker Matt called wondering why I closed the account, I was confused as he was. After a little investigation I was told I need to authentic my account, sounds easy. It turns out it was an impossible mission. For the past couple of days I have spent hours on the phone and at the branch with Matt, he was as frustrated as I was, but not able to help.In order to authenticate my account I needed to input my pin, but since my card was brand new and not activated I was not able to do that. When I tried to activate my card I am told I am unable to due to suspicious activity, and was transferred back to the department who needs to authenticate my account and back again…Total waste of my time, so much hassle and frustration.I am so disappointed and will never use Chase again. Now I just hope I can get back the $1000 I deposited into my account.

I walked in and two people are on their computers, one of them on their phone. Took a solid minute for anyone to notice and greet me.

My name is Hollister Wellborn I have lived in Dolan Springs AZ for the past two years. I came here after living in Henderson NV for five years and before that Las Vegas. I moved here after being involved in an auto accident as a passenger. In that I received a settlement check for $157000.00 I opened a Chase Bank business account. I bought some land here and a 32 motor home to live in. and for the first year and half it has been great. About five months ago my banking info was hacked and stolen and then used to buy over 20k worth of Face Book Ads. Out of New Zealand, I only caught this when all of a sudden my account was empty. From day one of my account creation I have never been able to use the online app. It just never worked. So I had to call Chase and find out what the heck and that's when we found in one month multiable $800 transactions along with many other transactions all with the same transaction tags Facebook ads...... NZ NZ being New Zealand, So I made a claim. The claim came to 4K and within two hours that amount was back in my account. After a few days of reflecting I called chase once again to look into other months to see if there was more. And, also to get my online app to working, which we did. At this time we went over more months and this time found over 12k transactions again. So yet another claim was submitted. This one was denied as they said I still had transactions out there that I had failed to dispute. So again went through and at this point we found five small transactions in October, So I claimed them and within a few hours this five were back in my account, they totaled less than $30. Yet the 12k was still being denied. Again their reason being that I still had transactions out there, so I went looking again and in the month of December I found over $2200 worth of transactions and then sent that claim in. this in turn was denied, but the reason had changed. Now it was denied because the transactions had been done properly. So I am being punished because the thief used my info correctly. Again out of New Zealand. Which last time I checked is nowhere near Arizona or north America, at this point I submitted a complaint to the Consumers Financial protection bureauThis got me an email within two days from Chase Exec Office and they were all so sorry this has happened, we will be handling this from now on as we will advocate for you . after a week of waiting for them to do something all I got was sorry there is nothing that we can do for you as I need to prove it was not me in New Zealand. At this point I mentioned all my time in the hospital while all this was going on, a few weeks later out of the blue I get and email to call the claims department as they need certain documents to continue the research of the claim. So on calling them was told to fax to them a list of all the days I was in the hospital. I went to the patient portal pf the Kingman Hospital and downloaded the 8 pages of all the times I was in the Hospital. Then faxed same said papers to them, a few days later was told that this was not enough. So I asked what more do you need? All I got was I don't know. We need to verify that you are in Arizona and not New Zealand, which is what the hospital Document does, I really have come to believe that they do not know that New Zealand as a country unto itself. And not part of Arizona. I don't know what else to do, all I want is my money back in my account so I can pay my bills and get my meds I have had to go to the hospital three times now due to not being able to buy my meds. And just from all the stress that this has caused. PLEASE HELP. so, after all is said and done Chase does not care about their customers. or their money.

The gentleman closing today and his undeniable laziness lost chase a customer today, plus the opportunity to take on a nice business account, due to said laziness.Since when does it take an hour to open a simple checking account? Not business, basic checking. Three different banks in my life and business aside, it has never taken more than fifteen minutes to open an account. So what is this particular man doing so badly that causes him to take four times longer than anyone else?Doesn’t matter. It was obvious he didn’t want to do his job. He couldn’t have been any less interested or dismissed me any faster.
