Scheduled an appointment with a notary. Arrived and waited for 30 minutes. Then told that the Ashleigh did not show up to work so the notary could not be done. I should have been contacted and told that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. But they waited until I arrived and waited around before telling me that my appointment was canceled. I am a Preferred customer and am strongly considering taking my business elsewhere. The 1.9 stars are generous.

Long lines, long wait, what a waste of time. They can improve their service because this is a total disservice to their customers. If I can give them 0 score, I would.

What idiot that’s in charge with lock the front doors so you can no longer use the night. Drop box businesses do not run on bank hours. The dropbox should be a 24 hour service to drop deposited for businesses that are open longer hours than the bank is, who is the moron, they decided this new rule.

I just needed help with the atm inside and everyone in there was super unhelpful. One of the little girls that work there would rather have been mean and tried to fight me than actually help. No management on location either? Pretty sure that’s illegal at all banks in the USA. I feel unsafe at this location. Avoid at all costs

What a joke to open a biz account. Couldn't get us in, scheduled online, show up and they randomly "rescheduled" and no notice, 3 weeks for us to open business checking? Nope, went over to ENT across the street, and were almost done in less than an hour.Chase is awful.

Terribly ran branch. Disappointed this bank has been in the GVR community for over 15 years now and still can’t seem to find consistency. My auntie can’t come unless I’m with her cause no one speaks Spanish at this location.

Let me tell you about Ronnie and Luis! Ronnie is the manager and he comes out and engages with all of the customers. I’ve come in twice to talk about credit card options and he introduced himself both times. We discussed all of the details of each option and he explained things to me in a way I understood. He gave honest, heartfelt advice and listened to every one of my concerns. I brought my mom in with me to discuss my options and hear her opinions, he looked both of us in the eyes when speaking to us and did not make my mom feel excluded while presenting my options to me.When I finally felt ready to apply for a card, Luis was the one who helped me with that process. Quick, easy, stress free, and he even went above and beyond by taking me step by step to add my brand new card to my Apple Wallet. He also helped expedite the shipping of my card since I needed it ASAP.So when you stop by this Chase bank, know that Ronnie and Luis are there to take care of you. They answer all of your questions, they will not pressure you, and they listen to your needs. They go above and beyond what is expected of them.I did not get a chance to speak with anyone else at this location, but everyone working there greeted me and made sure someone was taking care of me. I will always visit this location and I feel safe here!
