Chase Bank is a great branch with helpful, pleasant, and always smiling staff. Customers report being in and out quickly, though sometimes there are delays. Many employees are awesome, friendly, and provide no-hassle, great service, with staff being awesome in resolving problems. However, one manager is consistently described as rude and unhelpful, especially when tasks are not completed correctly. Overall, many customers are truly happy with the bank and appreciate the helpful and friendly assistance they receive from the team.
I had a very good experience at Chase Bank with Chris. He was friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly. He made the process easy and stress-free. Really appreciate his help!

To the staff. I will be in today if all my funds come in. I am so late on paying my bills for this month. I never seen a homeless person sleeping in the entrance way. But when I come in you always said Hi Mitzi. That is so awesome we have a personal connection. No other bank has ever done that.

I went into this branch and was helped right away, everyone was really friendly and Jasmine Rodriquez was the person that helped me and I couldn’t have been happier she was very professional and very very helpful I don’t live close by but I will be making this my home branch thank you chase and thank you Jasmine!!!!
