After-hours card access doesn’t work. Wasted my time coming here.

Lobby has an ATM in it, but closed after hours - chase pulled their other ATM from the mall, now you have to go miles away to find one - gonna have to find a bank to be with that actually allows you to get cash out when you're able after you get off of work. Trash location

The key card to let you into the vestibule never works and they aren't actually there at 9am to open the doors and leave before 4:30pm so good luck ever trying to use the ATM here ??

Why have an ATM inside the front door if the reader at the door doesn't work to allow its use after hours?

I am a visitor in the city and it seems that everything is locked up and there is bulletproof glass everywhere and there's the need for a security guard. The security guard looked disheveled and was on her phone, watching a movie the entire time, so how safe is it actually if the guard is not paying one bit of attention. other than that the branch was clean and modern

the ATM vestibule closes at 5pm, and the branch nearby just permanently closed. that means I now need to walk 2 miles to get cash out of my account(!!) when i called Chase the woman pointed out I could use a non-Chase ATM. I’m gonna save myself time and money and just switch banks instead.

I got my first paycheck and the one downtown Denver didn't have time to set an account up for me.... Then wanted 10$$ to cash my check and when I said no the teller stamped my check which I didn't know would stop me from going to another place to cash it!!!! Unbelievable and they still got there 10$$... Worst experience ever!!!!

Ok so all we wanted to do was get some money from the ATM. There was a lock that had a card entry and also a NFC reader. We tried both a card and the NFC reader (both physical card and digital card) and neither got us in.

Worst location in Denver. Their doors never unlock with your debit card to use the ATM. Don’t waste your time here, this branch doesn’t care as this has gone on for months. Sad!

Negative environment. Rude tellers and associates. If my company didn’t do business here I would never ever walk in. Saw another customer get chewed out in front of me.

Ok, but unacceptable long hold time on large deposits.

I had a run in with someone at this location, however, once I spoke to the branch manager things changed! He took the time to listen to my perspective and then went back and spoke to his employee, he called me back and assured me that everything was taken care. So, I’ve decided to leave this 4 star review. Sometimes people have bad days, but when people stop to listen and hear the truth, good things can happen. That’s a good customer experience and a way to save a relationship. Thank you chase for hiring and promoting this branch manager!

Poorly ran bank branch for chase. I tried contacting Darrell James was my loan officer and promised to have my pre approval by Friday at the latest. He said it would take 24 hours but soon stretched out days. I’m trying to buy myself a home and darell has done nothing that’s procrastinate. I told him to let me change loan officers and be outright told me “best of luck and goodbye”. I still want to use chase but Darrell is acting like a 2 year old and is upset. He doesn’t even want to send my file to his other colleagues to work on this loan since he’s so incompetent. He’s costing chase bank an opportunity to make money as a company because he’s now losing out on commissions. Very childish of him and it only hurts chase as a bank. Definitely not s good employee for them company to grow.

Some frustrations with Chase branches in general not answering the phone and the prompter stating you have to call back. They need to fix that. But on one of the occasions they did answer, I spoke to Janet Holt who is incredibly friendly and helpful- especially regarding my small business. She also sent me her info so I could call her direct for future assistance. This is why it helps to have a contact, especially at a big bank.
