I’ve tried over five times (different days and times) to get someone from this branch to answer their phone. Today I finally got someone to answer… and it was a customer? I cannot fathom why they can’t answer their phone, but would allow a customer to use their phone line and answer incoming calls.

This branch is worthless. Every time I go in there they give me some reason why I can't do normal banking there. Attitudes here are garbage. My business is two blocks away and I will be going to a different branch that actually works.

This chase is always amazing and so helpful. I can come in with 5 different things I need to do and the ladies at the counter always are able to help and always do everything in such a timely manner.

The branch manager and one of the client reps (Jessica!) were very friendly, but a different rep entered a wrong phone number for my mom’s account opening, so we weren’t able to get a verification number when trying to sign up for online banking. When I called to verify, the branch manager confirmed the correct phone was entered, when in fact, later we found out, the phone number was actually entered wrong. I hope they would be more careful in entering and confirming numbers (not just phone numbers).

This branch manager doesn't have your interest as a customer. He doesn't call like he said he would and tries to sell you something you don't want when you walk in. NOW I'M NOT INTERESTED.

Was stuck in Colorado and bank closed my bank account in Florida. Was on vacation and Lloyd Smith and Dan cook fixed my bank acct to withdraw funds after a internal decision to close my account. Alot of thanks and praise.

This location deserves one starTeller accused me of throwing my cards at her. I did not. If you cannot handle an irritated customer you need re-training or reassignment. Exceptionally sensitive staff do not belong at front line ops.Not like I will cancel my accounts, but the very little help she did provide (canceling my card and ordering a new one were things I could have done on my own.)Also, if I say my card doesn’t work where I shop for groceries, Don’t tell me to shop at Sprouts, where they use tap to pay.
