Really appreciated the customer service from Daniel he gave outstanding customer service skills. I loved that he held a conversation with me and was able to still give me what I need, great with multitasking.

Do not go to this branch if you are opening a business account. They have the most uninformed uneducated banker when it comes to business operations and structuring. Casey seems to not understand the difference between an operational subsidiary LLC and a holding LLC. He was quite arrogant when trying to explain he was wrong and the difference. If you need someone who understands your business needs and is informed, go to a different branch. Someone who has little to zero knowledge in entity registration requirements shouldn’t be trying to give entity structure advice to a client. We already have multiple LLCs and account open with Chase, and didn’t come to this location for bad business advice from a banker to open a simply business checking account.

The lead teller waived my Cashier’s Check fee because I had to wait for a bit to be served. It was under a 10 minute wait, not too bad when the whole country is understaffed. Little did he know how much he made my day because the one and only gripe I have with Chase is the $8 they charge me to print a piece of paper. Great customer service. This is why I’m a loyal Chase customer.

Make sure you call ahead to book an appointment! I’ve been a customer with chase for over a decade so My husband and I walked in to set up a joint account at 4:20pm but the accountant wouldn’t take us because it takes 45 minutes to collect our information and they close at 5. No one likes staying late but hey dude, what’s 5-10 minutes? Hours on the door say you’re open until 6.

If you are opening a new account ask what you need to bring in terms of paperwork because they neglect to tell you when you make the appointment .

For some reason impossible to get an appointment to speak with a banker, what is the point of banking with Chase if they are never available to assist. seriously considering a new financial institution.
