Car wash is down constantly, when I call the store to see if it's back up instead of wasting my time to drive out, they would rather pick up the phone and hang it up immediately... very childish employees at this location.

This place scams and steals from customers. They will have the machine check you out but they charge you for a large size even if your product is a small (Doritos, skittles, etc.). The man apologized for AI “not being able to tell the difference” think about the hundreds of thousands of people that they ripped off and I’m here to warn everyone
The second time I came back. You have to be mindful of each product and the cost. I had 7 items and the blonde lady at the counter counted 8. She deducted the additional item and repeated that it was 7 and my total is $22 and some cents WITH tax included. I paid with a card and it printed out the total was 29 dollars and some cents. Which was almost $30. She added a dollar to every item and thought that I didn’t know. I walked over to one of the items and checked the price and it is inaccurate, the item price did not match the receipt because she counted how many items and added a dollar to each item. I said you overcharged me and this is inaccurate, she pretended to read the receipt and said no it is accurate. I’ve never seen a well rehearsed response before
I don’t need an apology, I don’t need an explanation comment that you are leaving everyone else as if you care. You guys are scammers and you’re scamming people. You’re lucky I’m not exposing you guys on a larger platform. But keep doing your business I understand. However karma is real and the more you scam people and do others wrong, that will be cursed upon you and your generations.

Be super cautious of the ai registers they up upcharge and blame it on the ai.

The staff at the store was very friendly. I was able to get change from the cashier for the air pump. The lady at the register did make a mistake while giving me my change however she was very apologetic. Overall it was an excellent experience. With the exception of my tire being flat.

I've been coming here for years the gentleman working tonight is very lazy and rude. I have never been treated like that here . Ask if they have more cherry Pepsi since it's 4.25 for two he probably not but I'm not going back there to check. Two other ladies walk in ask for cigarette he didn't even check their id's. With they way it's running now the FTA will be shutting down this location.

I have been coming here 2-3 times a week or more for over five years now, because their customer service used to be pretty good and it was pleasant to go in.
The last few months it's gotten worse, very quickly.
There's one guy at nights that's always been a bit over the top snarky and rude to just about everyone but whatever. I've always shrugged it off because maybe he hates his job and that's fair. Usually if I notice he's working before I walk in then I go somewhere else so I don't have to deal with him.
Until last night. I've been having guests over often the last few months, and this circle k just put in a new beer cooler so I've been going there for alcohol. 2-3 times a week before I have a group of people over I'll go get a twelve pack and some cigarettes. I smoke and so do several of my guests, I keep extra on hand.
Anyways, I go in last night to buy 2 tall twisted teas. That's it. And this same snarky guy looks at me and says "do you just sit around and drink and smoke all day?"
Gave him the chance to correct himself by asking "excuse me"
And he reiterated by saying "you must just drink and smoke all day."
I have ALWAYS been kind to the employees, regardless of how snarky or unfriendly they might be. I've worked retail, it sucks and it isn't their job to be bubbly for customers. However, I don't expect just straight up rudeness.
And honestly it wouldn't matter if I was pounding a twelve pack and two packs of cigarettes to myself every single night, the commentary was incredibly inappropriate.
I'm never going back into this store again. Unwarranted derisive treatment is out of line and I'll be giving the business to somewhere that can at least attempt to hide their hostility for their customers.

False advertising,charged me 10.05 A PACK! Then refused to fix it.🤨👺 I won't get anything from this place again !!!!!

They have deceptive advertising for Marlboro cigarettes. It says 2 for $9.23 but they charge $10.05 per pack and then ask if you have rewards. The sign should state that the price is for rewards membership only. One star is really too high for false advertising.
