I've never had a bad experience with Citywide and have been a customer since 2010. They've always been very helpful and accommodating.

UPDATE: I STILL don't have our company cards and it's been 10 days. TEN DAYS!!! Now I can't order products needed to continue to do business and every single person I speak with is the RUDEST most CONDESCENDING human. The "owner" responded but without a solution so that does me absolutely no good. As soon as this is resolved I am taking my accounts elsewhere. Look at all of their reviews before you start to bank with them or continue to because two stars is their best rating. This bank is the WORST!!! i have banked with them for 4 years and the services offered were subpar to begin with but now they are abysmal. Do NOT bank with them if you want to live and purchase in 2023! My card that I've had to reorder TWICE so far and that I do all of my business with is still not in my hand and expires tomorrow. They do not send with a way to track...it's a GD credit card and you don't send with tracking info??? They've been lost twice!!!! And now, the card that I use multiple times daily to make business purchases, is missing AGAIN!!! I hate this bank and I hate the management team who literally couldn't care less about their customers or their situations. I came to this bank because of one person in particular who left because they don't care about their people and I'm leaving too, with all of my accounts. You guys need to get your $hit together and realize what decade you're in. I can't even add this card to Apple Pay but every other freaking bank in the world can, no matter their size.

I chose Citywide Banks because my business helps small local businesses grow. Turns out they won't help for 2yrs... Ok, I get that. I had an issue with one of the SaaS I use and they just kept charging me $447 a month not giving me access. S I tried to get my bank to help me, they said they couldn't because they needed to get the ok from the business that was stealing from me. So I disputed it the first week in October. I have no one to talk to at the bank the matter still hasn't been taken care of. So the company kept charging me. I was able to get them to refund all but the one in dispute. Instead of reaching out as I have been for 3 months, only one gentleman in the actual location does his job. They told me you got a couple of months to get it into good standings. I was getting it there, and they closed my account before the said time. So that company racked up $1,341. So far I got it down to $447(if they took fees off) but I cannot get it lowered until I get into my account, But I am locked out cannot even do my tax prep!! I am going to fix this Then Leave them. I have read so many bad reviews. I wish I did my research.

Not happy with Citywide closign alll Sat alternatives..all of them. save maybe Nederland..which I'm not a moutain goat, I'm in the city trying to get things done...worse than that..the atms where you can deposit after hours....they are few and far between, and they do not have envelopes...which leaves you standing there like a j*** off with a check you cannot deposit....though I havent' looked at online presentment.....so lazy , just have a little plastic folder with 20 deposit slips and envelopes...Tran downtown, Matt in golden, there are GOOD < GOOD people here, but the overall management , I don't know....22 years paying the monthly fee...you go over? very , very expensive...sucks....they will absolutely crush you with overdrafts....at least with my product- it's not a true line of credit..it $35 per charge over, be careful what you'e doing..overall. there are better banks..sorry to say.. because ive been here since it was Peak..which is another thing..this isnt a local bank..it's a regional bank which flips itself , over and over...Peak , to Centennial, to Citiwide...on and on.... then they try to sell community..well, community? have a deposit slip and evelope by the atm right, and keep at least one metro with saturday hours, and if someone goes over, fine...they SHOULD pay for that..but there's a difference between a reasoned fee..and taking advantage of a person or business in a temporary bad spot......this isnt that hard. The people there are good enough to make it right..at which point Id prefer a regional bank to some massive nationwide fraudulent outfit that periodically blows up the eoconomy with their bulls34t...At bottom, what I'm saying is being a "community bank"- it involves more than just slapping the name on marketing materials..it involves reasoned commitment, and fairness. The banking relationship should be one of teamwork..not competition...You're making a bank a loan, and ususally paying for the priviledge...dontl forget that.

Citywide Banks which has turned to $hI+ built their success in our market with business banking. For years they offered cash management services geared toward med-large local business and I loved them. But if you are one of those clients it is time to jump ship and develop business banking relationships elsewhere. Citywide was bought out by Centennial Bank and Trust/Heartland Financial but they are keeping the name Citywide. Unfortunately everything else is going to crap. Business customers are treated like personal banking customers and all the wonderful online cash management services are gone. Surprise!! Max mobile deposits of $2000 per day/$5000 per month unless you jump through hoops for approval to make larger deposits is a joke. I run a business for Pete's sake. I should not have to beg, sit on the phone for hours to make a large deposit and I don't want to drive to their handful of branches to fill out new paperwork and develop new relationships and grovel for services when I have been a client for 17+ years! Ba-Bye Citywide. You suck!! Hello 1st Bank & Chase.

Not really open until 5pm, they want to leave early so get there 10-20 minutes early. They have things to do aside from work actual business hours.

The bank moved in summer 2010. It's now at 18th and Larimer.
