The customer service from the associates is hit or miss. The quality is poor. In my opinion you’re better off just going to Louis Vuitton. Despite its marketing efforts coach is still not a luxury store.

Amazing store with exceptional customer Service. Isaiah is always there and greets me when I walk in. All coach employees are amazing and so kind. When I even call for a product they are great on the phone with me. I go to both locations Park Meadows and I am very impressed with both stores. I recommend coming to this Coach location for your needs and services.

Haley made my service dog and I very comfortable when making a big purchase on some luggage. I highly recommend you stop in and see what COACH can do for you.

Went to the store to return or exchange a belt that was purchased from them, the staff were extremely rude and not helpful at all, they would just stand around when me and several other customers asked for help, I was not able to return or exchange the belt even with original packaging and receipt, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Here is my Experience!!!Let’s start telling you guys that you are not even deserve one star!I got on present bag, wallet and perfume. First of all nothing of the products wasn’t my style.Leaving home (2h driving from Cherry Creek) to do refund. Purchase was made by cash.Entering at the store, where 2 girls greeted me unkindly, unprofessionally and rudely. First of all telling me that I can’t do return of perfume because it was final sale (wondering why they are on final sale- because they are smelling not even ok). I asked why they didn’t notice or make the person who was making purchase aware of it, they didn’t have an answer. Second IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CHERRY CREEK shopping mall THEY DID NOT HAVE $400 to do the return. I am wondering what would happen if I wanted to buy something and they don’t have any single $ in their drawer for change?!?!?! I was clear that I want return, they were offering me gift card, or check which will take 2-3 months!!! Or they will call me when they have a money in their drawer. What a ridiculous store.Guess what! They didn’t even text me after 15 days. Calling another store to ask do they have amount of $400 and lady was shocked what was happening at this store!! I was calling costumer service and asking what should I do with waisting 4hours driving back and forward, spending $50 of gas, ME CALLING OHTER STORES to see how to fix the problem,I got an answer ‘No one will pay anything of that, fragrance are on final sale and there is nothing that we can do. I would call store before I go there to ask do they have a cash’.All I have to say is that one store as COACH should be SHAMED with employees like they have at Cherry Creek and not having couple hundred dollars in their drawers! MORE SHAME I would put on costumer service supervisor and way they treated my case!So, folks when u need return or greeting or costumer service CALL the store to ask them for mood of employees, check online policy of return because they won’t tell you or eather if u need costumer service better don’t waist your time.At the end I would never- ever enter in this store or even have on my mind to buy something from them. SIMPLY- TOTAL- aaaaawfully!

I had a very complex repair/exchange transaction that Andrew walked me through, calling to update me regularly and taking care of it. He was absolutely wonderful. You’ll be well taken care of at this store and I’m so thankful for his care and dedication to customer service! I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you Andrew!

I was shopping around the store earlier today and i was disturbed, when i seen the manager i believe her name was BETH i over heard her talking bad about another worker and later on yelling at her again for an unknown reason. But this wonderful girl she was yelling at took great care of me at the register. There is no reason for the kind of behavior happening in a COACH store i would never have that happen in my establishment. She should be written up or talk to about her actions. Super unprofessional if a customer has to see it!

The staff here was extremely courteous when helping me choose a new backpack. They even let me try my gear inside to ensure it would work how I had intended. (granted this was a few years ago as I am behind in my google reviews, but I have been back since and they are still the nicest people)

Got the runaround with staff on a exchange, was told yes by someone one day and and told no by someone else yesterday. I called coach customer care and they told me I could still exchange!!!! so this location picks and chooses who they want to help and I THINK a skin color chart is highly involved!

Very rude peopleThey will lie about everything!!Dot wast your time .To many other Coach stores you can go too at other malls and not have to put up with those Two faced wannabes that think they are something outher than a store employee.
