The so called customer support (Vanessa specifically) stinks! They do alert you when a promotion ends, instead I found out I was billed more when I got my credit card statement! When I spoke with a representative on 10/4, I was told my vehicles would be so much per car, only to call today and be told that was not right. They will not honor what I was told on 10/4 and they do not issue partial credits for being overcharged.
The number listed is for all locations. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, Vanessa said there was not one available. I asked for a callback when one was available, she said she could not guarantee it! What kind of customer support is this! It isn't! She said I could talk with a supervisor at the location I go to.
If you don't mind going here to wash/dry/vacuum your vehicle, that is about all it is good for. Definitely not for the customer support.
Looking at the previous reviews, it seems that only ones who leave a positive review get a response. Since I am not doing that (had to give one star to post my review, but even that is too high!), I bet I will not get a response, but I would not mind being proved wrong.

Took a long trip across the middle of the country and came here afterwards to get my car washed. Paid 15 bucks and barely got any of the bugs off the front of my car and windshield! At least the employee helping at the kiosk was friendly.

Cobblestone is a fraudulent business. I cancelled my membership. The representative contacted me to offer a discounted trial membership. However at this time since I'm not washing my vehicle as much as I was in the summertime I decided to pass on the monthly membership. Cobblestone deducted my membership for one more month. I have ti pay for it until next month October 17. The representative in the call center by the name of Sally was terribly rude and combative, I was unable to communicate with her, Sally did not want to listen she said I have to pay for my membership even though I have emails with a representative prior to my call today to Cobblestone call center when I called to request a refund. I had been previously told by email my membership canceled. I thought it was cancelled until today when I seen that Cobblestone did infact deduct my membership premium for $39. I have been going to Cobblestone for sometime however after this unsatisfactory experience I will never patron Cobblestone Car Wash again. Terrible customer service in the call center and email. Terrible business practices not letting the customer cancel the membership. Terrible

Excellent car wash, free vacuums and towels are have changers. I have a large fleet of cars and won't go anywhere else, they always provide terrific customer service!!!!

Terrible and equally overpriced. Drying towls were damp, and the wash was far less than expected for the price.
The pre-spray by the attendants was lazily applied and only on one side of my car.
The tires came out dry and dirty, and the drying stage hardly removed any water.
The vacuums were very weak.
There were trashcans at least.

Cobblestone is a great place to was your Car , you are accomodeted with everything you need after washing your car, towel are provided to wipe your car after washing it and if you run flat tire your get inflated on spot for free of charge.
If you are a member you are are welcomed as a king by associate and you are valued and respected
