I would recommend Coda Cherry Creek North as an amazing place to live. The convenience of all of the best restaurants and shopping make it truly a complete experience. I have lived at the property for several years & love the events that the property hosts, the Concierge, John, is top notch.
The management staff, Bethany & Renee really care about the residents and the service team get service requests done quickly.

Coda is a great place to live. The amenities are nice, the roof top pool is a great place to spend time. Most of all I love the staff. Bethany, Renee and John do an outstanding job taking care of the community. I'm very happy to live here!

Coda has a great location in Cherry Creek North. The staff is fantastic! Sergio in maintenance is always so friendly, and the team responds to service requests within a couple of hours. Bethany and Renee in the office are always friendly and responsive. John, the concierge, is fantastic, often arranging events for the residents, and is a dog magnet.The only thing I would change is the elevators. They have been having issues with them for over a year. To no fault of the staff, it’s been an issue since the building was constructed. I would hesitate to move into this building if you cannot use the stairs. When the elevators go out, it can be weeks before they’re repaired (waiting on parts), and when both go down, you have to use the stairs. Again, the staff is all over this but it seems to be an issue beyond their control.

Renee has been such a wonderful face to see every day! You can tell she really values and cares for her property and residents as does Bethany another amazing human. Renee and Bethany make Coda an amazing place to come home too and always address any concerns promptly. If you are looking for a wonderful community in Cherry Creek North I highly recommend leasing at Coda. It's super convenient, highly rated, and a true luxurious place to call home. Bethany, John, the team at Coda are phenomenal to work with. Bethany and John show up with extreme professionalism and they show true attention and appreciation to detail and this is felt by their residents and community alike. Had only a day to tour apartments before moving from another state. Codas communication was EXCELLENT. 8 months later I plan to renew and upgrade. Thanks Coda! Can't wait to spend the summer on the beautiful rooftop :)

I had not lived in an apartment for over 25 years and was a little apprehensive about this change. I chose Coda for the location and apartment layout, and also appreciated the impressive facilities and amenities. The most pleasant surprise has been the sense of community, fostered by the management team's professionalism responsiveness and kindness. I especially like the numerous interactive social events to meet others who live here. I really enjoy the apartment life at Coda!

Beware! Renee the leasing agent paints a great picture until you move in. Bethany the manager and Renee are worthless. The only good thing this property has going is the location. There are too many great places to rent in the area to deal with lazy management.

I moved to Denver for work and had one day to find an apartment. A friend suggested that I check out Coda and I couldn’t have been more blessed. The apartments are beautiful, the building immaculate, the tenants lovely, and the staff excellent! I couldn’t possibly have asked for more. Many a summer weekend was spent by the pool barbecuing and getting sunburned, the building plans lots of fun events and Saturday yoga classes help to burn off the calories. I probably would have dies there if my company hadn’t transferred me. I couldn’t recommend it more highly and if move in say hi to John, the amazing, Concierge for me!

I am SO thankful that I live here. I absolutely love it! Amazing management (timely & helpful responses), great building, safe area, etc etc. I have no complaints — I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!
