We've attempted to rent trucks from this location several times and each time we've had issues. The staff really doesn't care about customers, in our last attempt to rent a truck we went with the lowest expectations and they somehow managed to negatively exceed them. We canceled and rented from a nearby U-Haul who were friendly and helpful, much unlike Mile High Station. If this is ever our last option for a moving truck, we still wouldn't choose them. It's so terrible, I'm surprised U-Haul let's them operate under their name.

Picked up after hours. So easy. Well lit lot. Good directions to follow. A little difficult to back truck from between 2 other trucks but I did it. Not sure c why that was necessary, but overall satisfied.

The best truck rental place in Colorado! I have been renting there for years. I rent about 30 times a year. Always professional, Kind, and great communication. Samantha the manager Diego and Charity are the best in the business. Never ever had a problem!

This location is awful. It's almost impossible to get a hold of someone at this actual location. They don't return calls when the call center leaves a message for you. I finally got through on a Monday morning and and I already have to hold. The price isn't worth the lack of support you get.

The worst customer service ever! The owner Samantha should 100% NEVER work in customer service or any job that requires working with people. She is extremely rude and not helpful. I NEVER write less than 5 star reviews so you know this is bad. I don't know how she has a job. Avoid this store at all costs. Don't waste your time.

had trouble with the online process so i called and was left on hold for 45 minutes. decided to come in to the location and was told by the lady at the front desk to go outside, and the man outside sent me inside. both workers gave me two different places to "find" the keys which neither place had them. i was sent on a goose chase for 30 minutes until i didn't have enough time to move. mind you, neither worker had any compassion for my confusion or any ounce of kindness. staying away from this location AT ALL COSTS

This U-haul is in a really terrible location. It took me 40-minutes to find a reroute with all the construction going on around Zuni and with an event at Bronco stadium when I went to return the trailer. Multiple roads were closed for the event and GPS didn't show the closures. There was also construction that had closures on all the "through" roads to get to Zuni off Federal. I did a quick rental to pick up some furniture and it ended up not being quick at all. The staff I interacted with at the location were fine, not unfriendly, but not friendly. The building is separate from the lot and the sign is damaged, so you can't see where to go if you haven't been there before. Do online check-in; it'll save you time. When checking out, Diego (Owner and running the counter) sent me a text and I ended up having to take pictures of my license to upload anyway. (Which begs the question, what if I didn't have a smart phone? Wouldn't there have to be an alternate way to do this?) When I rent, I usually use the location by my house, but they didn't have any trailers in stock. I wouldn't go back to this location.

Not only did they move around our reservation two separate times, encouraging us to go to different locations when we are new to the city and do not know our way around quite yet, but when we show up they charge us $110 for our pickup. That's fine, it's way more than what was budgeted to us over the phone, but we can make do. When we go to the lot to get our pickup, we find and get into one - exactly what we paid for and what we agreed upon minutes ago. Not even a minute after getting into the truck passes, and an attendant Paul comes out and tells us that this is NOT our pick up. Instead, he charged us and sold us a large moving truck, not anything close to a pickup, and ridiculed us for trying to say otherwise. He said that if the vehicle we desire is unavailable, they will just give us some thing else (??). We went inside and try to see if we can switch to the pick up that was open and free in the lot, or to a more sizable cargo van (as there were 3 available), but they could not do this for us. No explanation as to why not, and no apologies for the misunderstanding. I do not understand why they would charge us and sell us something that they did not even have in the lot, after verbally confirming three times that they did.

Don't go to this place. Went to pick up a trailer so I can move tomorrow, the guy was giving me a hard time because the overhead lights wouldn't work. Just kept saying "you're gonna have to deal with it" while I'm trying to figure out how to handle the situation. Bear in mind this guy had an attitude from the very beginning. So after the 5th time in 15 seconds of him hounding me I finally told him to 'fing' back off and give me a chance to figure it out. He got all uppity from that point and started yelling at me and calling the front desk to cancel my contract. And kept goading me to 'drive off with the trailer', like I'm some kind of idiot. All while talking down to me and just being an overall jerk.I eventually went back inside because I couldn't stand dealing with him anymore and worked with a lady who was very kind and professional. She at least tried to help by finding what she claimed was a blown fuse, I got the fuse replaced, and yet the lights still didn't work. Got my buddy to look at it and he was able to diagnose the trailer as the problem., So I'm stuck with a trailer with no overhead lights so I can only drive during the daytime and the problem was their equipment the whole time, even though the guy kept telling me it wasn't and this was my problem to figure out.I've used u-haul for years and have NEVER had such issues. Glad I'm moving out of state so I never have to deal with these guys ever again. In this case, trust all the bad reviews you're reading. These guys are pathetic. (Except for the one nice lady who unfortunately doesn't make up for just how awful this experience was.)
