These guys were great! Honestly found these guys by calling the wrong Classic Collision, and boy am I glad that happened! JD was my main contact, and he was so great through everything. Communication throughout the process was prompt, and easy! I even chatted with one of the techs, who ended up walking me through all the repairs. While being thorough, the tech explained everything in ways that were easy to understand, I have a fairly decent background on cars, but he explained everything so well, even someone with little to no experience with cars would understand! Classic was incredibly friendly and professional throughout this whole experience. Oh, and my car looks better now than when I bought it! 6 stars if I could, I have never been so glad to call the wrong number! Thanks for everything Classic!!

Update! - although someone replied saying that they would look into this. NO ONE has reached out to me, disappointed!I am writing this review in disappointment with this shop. At the end of November 2023, I brought in my car for a hail damage claim. This included the replacement of the windshield. The work was done, and we were happy with the job completed. A few days after we picked up the car, we noticed a crack coming up on the windshield from near the hood of the car. I contacted the shop right away. Jarod (service advisor) asked that I send over pictures. He then asked that we take the car to the shop so that it could be inspected in person. My husband took it in that afternoon, and Jarod, Dana (shop manager), and another employee came out to inspect the windshield. They ALL were in agreement that the windshield must have been defective. Jarod emailed me after my husband left the shop and let me know or was defective and that he would reach out again once he had an ETA on when it would come in to get the windshield replaced. It was also mentioned that it would likely take 2 days because the cameras on the car needed to be recalibrated. On December 21st, Jarod emailed to let me know that the ETA for the windshield would be at the end of the following week. On Monday, January 8, 2024, I emailed Jarod asking about the windshield. He replied that it had arrived the previous Friday afternoon and asked when we wanted to take it in. I later responded that we'd take it in Tuesday afternoon. This way, they could work on it on Wednesday and Thursday. Jarod responded, "See you this afternoon."On Tuesday afternoon, my husband and I dropped off the car to Dana, the shop manager. Dana let us know that he would reach out as soon as it was done. Thursday afternoon came around, and I called to make sure our car was ready for pick up. Dana proceeded to tell me he called me on Wednesday and left a voicemail to say that our insurance denied the claim. I said, "I did not receive a voicemail whatsoever! There was never a mention of reaching out to the insurance. You said it was defective and it would be replaced because of it. He kept saying that he understood exactly what I was saying, but that's how things worked. He then said that the glass guy said it had a rock chip, and it would not be covered by him or the shop. Needless to say, I was shocked, blind sided, and frustrated. I continued to tell him that was not what was mentioned in person or via email. I asked who else I could talk to, and he said that he's the highest it went because he's the shop manager and the shop wasn't going to pay for my $1000 windshield! Later that afternoon, when we went to pick up the car, we checked it before going into the shop as it was directly in front of the shop. It was now evident that the crack had been tampered with. The crack was now completely scratched in! We went in and spoke to Dana yet again because we felt that we were being scammed. This whole time, we completely understood that our windshield would be replaced with no issue. He again said that his glass guy came out and deemed it a rock chip, and for this reason, he reached out to our insurance and denied it because it had just been replaced. He continued to tell me he had 25 years of experience and knew how these things worked. Why then would he and two other shop employees make a customer feel as if there's a minor problem, but it would get completely fixed with no issues in a timely matter?! They completely went back on their word and then very nonchalantly told me I should just submit another claim to my insurance. I said NO! I would have to pay an additional $500 deductible, and that it's not fair when they are now going back on what was said. I have proof in my emails and conversations with them of what was promised. I sent a follow-up email to Jarod the following week hoping that they'd reconsider the decision that was made. I did not hear anything from anyone. I hope that someone from the company

My experience here was great. The process of getting a quote went smoothly.However, I will say that I chose the wrong time to get my vehicle repaired after a hit and run (company change/during the holidays). There was some miscommunication that occurred. One person told me that it would take 8-10 days, but ended up being around 18 days. It wasn’t a major issue but it did cause some inconvenience as I had to pay for my rental out of pocket and kept having to modify it. I’d like to rate it a 4.5 for that reason. Otherwise, they did a fantastic job with my car. It almost looks brand new!

I never leave reviews but I must warn others! Rude customer service, they had my car for 10 days before they starting working on it.... Had it for 2 weeks longer than quoted and worst of all.... I picked it up and it has made a terrible noise, also my parking assist no longer works after they had my car. Do not recommend!!!!

What an incredible company to work with!! I was not at all excited to deal with typical body shop shenanigans after getting into a minor fender bender in late December of last year. The process to even finding this amazing place was not enjoyable as my car was turned away from two other shops and sat in a tow lot for three weeks before landing at one of their fellow locations. I had a minor issue with one of the replacement parts come this summer & this location (Evans) happens to be closer to my house than the original one I went to, so I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with these stunningly brilliant individuals! Over the top customer service in a way that I can only describe as magical! I really wish every business was as competent, friendly, intuitive, and proactive as these folks are! Thank you a million times over for taking such good care of my car—and me, too! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My experience here was excellent. I was coming in from out of town after being rear ended, and was on a tight schedule, but they pre ordered all the parts before my appointment and we’re able to have my car done within a week after I dropped it off. I was especially impressed because they were unable to get a new tailgate, so they opted to repair the original, and it looked like nothing had ever happened. I was SO impressed. They were so friendly, and so fast, I’d recommend them to anyone!!Services: Painting

This auto body shop is outstanding. The customer service was very communicative, professional and quick to respond.
