Mike and his team did an excellent job on a recent home renovation project of mine. Prices were reasonable and the quality of work performed was exceptional. Additionally, all follow up items were rectified accordingly. Highly recommend.

Kitchen Renovation - January-April 2023Deciding to do a full kitchen renovation on our 1885 brick bungalow was an exciting decision for my wife and I to make after purchasing the home in the spring of 2022. With the current supply chain issues and labor shortages we knew that choosing the correct design/build firm was going to be the most important factor in this process for a successful outcome.During our initial meetings with Gina and Jamin (the Colorado Homes and Design/Earth Saving Solutions team) we quickly confirmed that we had chosen the right firm. As a retired executive chef, I had very specific requirements for our new kitchen. Gina took those ideas and presented us with a thoughtful design that incorporated an efficient layout with the premium materials we requested.As the project progressed we were very impressed with the emphasis on quality craftsmanship that Jose (project lead) and his team put into every aspect of our renovation, always making the extra effort to get it exactly right. When you are fully renovating a 135 year old space, you know that you are going to uncover some unexpected issues and we were certainly no exception. After some trail and error with our communication process, we dialed in our communication process between the whole team. We were able to navigate any and all issues quickly and move forward toward our project completion.From design to pre-con to final walk-through this team stepped up and made our dream kitchen a reality. For a renovation from simple to extensive, we would highly recommend Colorado Homes and Design/Earth Saving Solutions. We hired Colorado Homes and Design to remodel our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Chris and Jamin were amazing throughout the entire process. They helped us make big decisions, small decisions and sometimes we just let them make the decision and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT. They stayed within our budget and completed the entire remodel 2 weeks early!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have worked with this company for almost a year and have found them to be very upfront and honest with the remodeling process as a General Contractor. I have recommended them to multiple family members and friends. If you need help with a remodel you should definitely reach out and see some of their beautiful handiwork!

I have recommended them to multiple family members and friends. If you need help with a remodel you should definitely reach out and see some of their beautiful handiwork! They have done some beautiful work with tile, quartz counter tops, and Kemper Cabinets. When it comes time to remodel my own home I will definitely be using these guys to have the work done.

I hired Colorado Home & Design/ Earth Saving Solutions to redo my kitchen. The consultation was scheduled easily and quickly. Jamin was the PM and was exceptional to work with. I wavered about taking down a wall and Jamin walked me through process and offered guidance as I made a decision. He was generous with his time, super responsive in communication and his expertise was invaluable throughout the process. There were some delays with subcontractors around the holidays, but Jamin got involved to iron everything out and make sure the job got done in time and that I was fully satisfied. Love my kitchen- Can’t recommend COH&D/Earth Saving Solutions enough and will use them again in future home projects.

Colorado Homes and Design/Earth Saving Solutions made magic happen on our recent kitchen remodel. The pictures speak for themselves- the transformation is truly remarkable. This is a company that works together as a team to make the entire process as easy as possible for the homeowner and I truly cannot recommend them enough. We have an 1800s bungalow with a ton of quirks and their collective efforts made our dream kitchen a reality in a way we were told wasn't possible by other designers and contractors. From the first meeting with Jamin and Gina I could just tell that this was exactly the type of company we needed to do our kitchen renovation. Gina, our wonderful designer, worked closely with me to provide multiple iterations of the design and cabinet options until we landed on our perfect kitchen design. She also did such a great job exactly identifying our style and helping select materials that matched with it perfectly. She went above and beyond in her communication with us and was always so kind, understanding and willing to pivot and adjust as we worked through all the design steps together. Jamin did an excellent job ensuring there was a clear through line between the design and then actually being able to make it happen. His title says sales but he really is a man who does it all and thinks about every part of the process. From making sure I was clear on the impact that moving the plumbing would have on a wall downstairs to literally getting in there and fixing a plumbing issue upstairs that, had he not identified the problem, could have caused my entire kitchen downstairs to be ruined by a flooded upstairs bathroom. And to be clear, the upstairs bathroom was not at all a part of the kitchen work but is a great example of how this company will go above and beyond. Brian, our project manager, held our hands through the entire process and made it so that anytime an issue would arise we could breath easy knowing that somehow he would magically just take care of it. I can't even imagine the amount of hours he put in working with the various contractors and subcontractors that came through our house and triple checking to make sure everything was exactly what we had planned for in the design. We never once had to take off from work to meet with someone because Brian did it all and we just got to come home at the end of the day and see the amazing work that Jose, the main contractor, and his team had done. Brian kept us in the loop with constant communication over text which was perfect for our busy work schedules and always put us at ease. I can't count the number of times I told someone how little stress I felt because I knew Brian would handle everything... which he always did! As for cost, CHD/ESS was so willing to work with me to get what I wanted on my budget. They gave me honest opinions and options but never pushed a product because it was a higher cost. It was clear they really wanted to do right by me and had a high level of integrity in determining what would work with my budget. They were transparent with every line item which is not something that all companies do. We will definitely be using this fabulous team again if we ever decide to do more work in the future. If you want a full service company that will make the remodel process easy and the end product perfect, call this team!

They designed my kitchen and my bath I am absolutely amazed and impressed with the design. The whole team came together to give me a turn key solution.I loved the 20/20 designs that they showed me to help make the best decision for my remodel. We had Colorado Homes and Design do our kitchen remodel, interior paint and finish/stain and add wood flooring. We initially worked with Jamin who provided us with great information and education on how the remodel would go and answered our questions thoroughly. He was involved from start to finish. He was patient, very responsive and professional. Plus, he's super fun to work with! Ashlie designed our kitchen carefully with our input and ideas. She was proactive and anticipatory in her work and was incredibly detailed and thorough. She offered suggestions when appropriate. Ashlie was easy to work with, responsive, friendly, organized and professional. Highly recommend working with Ashlie!We were then introduced to Ben who was our Project Manager for the remodel. Ben was great- friendly, professional, easy to work with and responsive. We added several items, (including the interior painting of our entire house) to our project and Ben/Jamin were so accommodating and flexible with these changes. They provided a timeline and adjusted when appropriate. Because of this, our project took a lot longer than expected, but makes sense with the items we added.The entire crew that worked on our house; including Mikey, Jesse and Garrett, were amazing. Our kitchen came out amazing! From the time my wife and I walked into the front door of their business doors to the time they walked out my front door they upheld every aspect of the bid and job description. They guided us through every step of the process. When something had to be addressed that was not originally known, it was addressed with professionalism and in the end it’s without reservations I highly recommend! Jamin and Ashley were very forthcoming with their design advice and incorporated our design ideas without hesitation. Because of this collaboration, they made our plan a reality.

Colorado Homes & Design completed a kitchen remodel for us. Ashlie designed a gorgeous plan and stay involved the entire project. Ben was the project manager. Very professional, a great communicator, and easy to work with. Kelly completed most of the remodel work. We could not be happier with the results. Ashlie’s design completely opened up our kitchen to our family room. We love it. Jamin and Ashlie put together the plan and the budget, detailed and well organized. Ben, Jamin, Ashlie, and Kelly worked together as a team to support this remodel. As with all remodels, there are always issues that arise, such as our plumbing being buried in cement, but these guys were calm, found solutions, and we worked around issues that arose. They did not over promise. They were very honest about the amount of time that would be needed to complete the project, and they delivered. We couldn’t be happier with the remodel or our decision to work with this team.
