Calling during the clearly stated business hours on a Friday morning. The automated system system states the office is closed and to call back during business hours.Another fine example of our great government at work!

Being passed from one representative to another and receiving different information. CO Pera - Empower - back and forth, jumping through hoops and getting no where. 4 days later and hours of time wasted being passed around. Exhausting and frustrating!
