I have had an amazing experience with Community Bank of Colorado! Every time I visit, Branden Huynh goes above and beyond to help me with my banking needs — he is always friendly, professional, and makes sure everything is handled quickly and correctly.
I also want to thank Julissa Cafuentes, the branch manager, who is always welcoming and ensures that I feel valued as a customer. Her leadership shows through the excellent service from the entire team.
I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a bank that truly cares about its customers.

I've been a long-time customer of Community Banks of Colorado. The staff is always sweet and responsive and it makes me feel good being part of a smaller bank after terrible experiences with mega-banks from the past. Special shout to Julissa(I hope I got her name right). She is a stellar manager and I'll be sticking with this branch for good.

I have had nothing but a negative experience at this branch. They misspelled my name on my account and couldn't access my info. Sent emails to the wrong email address because of the misspelled name. When I stopped by two different times in person, I was told that management would call me and they never did. Not a single redeeming quality. Avoid this bank.

The managers at these branches are inadequate. They work for the man not you. Instead of communicating with you they would rather shut your acount down without any notification during a dispute while they made obligations to contact back and never did. Awful people. Terrible business.
Update: They offered me a cashier's check to settle this dispute and sent me to collections at the same time. You literally can't describe incompetence any better.

One teller working. Three people in line. Waited 10 minutes to get served. Manager came out but didn’t have time to help. I don’t think she even cared. It’s apparently just a job. Talked to customer in front of me and she had the same concerns. Lack of customer service must be a corporate decision.

I’ve been banking with this bank for 14 years. I had never seen someone( Jennette) so rude during the past 14 years. She provides zero customer service. If she clears up her language a bit, she might have a chance in customer service. They really should watch what kind of people they are hiring.

Do not go to Jenneate Woolley, she doesn’t know how to do wire transfers. If you ask her to do a domestic wire transfer, the money will not arrive the next day, nor the next 48 hours. The people at the other end will not receive your money. When you walk in to tell her the problem, she will be like I’m so sorry I entered the account numbers wrong!!! So my money went to someone else’s account? She will charge you a fee of 35$. Shame shame shame. Can you imagine have her do an international wire transfer? I better bank with Welks Fargo
