I was scheduled to report for a random test by my job and I went there mid morning. I was very pleased to have gotten in and out in an hour. Everyone was pleaaant and efficient.

The staff I spoke with was professional. The TV had controversy information showing with violence and was extremely loud. Then there’s a sign on the walls say no aggressive behavior yet they had aggressive things on the TV. Please note: neutral things on the TV could be more calming. As example the weather channel or travel. Overall, the things showing loudly on the TV would bring up too much controversy interaction with conversation that would be disturbing. it could start arguments. That’s what the news does pulls up emotions stirs them up and leaves you hanging. it would be nice to have a more pleasant environment. People at home can choose what they want to watch for themselves on TV. This just was not the place for it.

I had to visit this location on 2 sperate occasions last week . Overall my experience was Five stars . However , I do feel like there was one area in particular that is the face of the clinic . Don't get me wrong but I feel like a warm smile and a welcoming attitude can make a big difference and a positive impact on the overall visit . Because that's where everyone has to start.

Very slow to serve you. A wait of 2 or 3 hours for a drug test isn't unusual. Get your boss to send you somewhere they work.

Why is feel like I keep getting skipped I came in and only two other ppl were here now I been passed by at least 6 ppl I don't mind waiting but not when I'm being skipped just to do a drug test when I need to hold my pee for the test

Unlike 2 other Concentra doctors I’ve dealt with, Dr. Zimmerman listened to me, gave me a thorough examination, and a plan of action. The staff at this location is great, as well- very efficient and friendly.
