While the service at the facility was good when I called on the phone the automated call did not help and only hung up on me. I was not able to get someone on the phone.

Staff was great but there policy for a CDL medical card is not right! I complained the Clearninghouse SAP program & your office didn’t need any info about that to give me a medical card! I didn’t go in your office for a urine nor a hair sample for the clearinghouse! So you didn’t need any info or letter from my SAP supporter to give me a medical card. When I passed all the medical card requirements! You need to Change that policy or talk to your doctors bc I was about to put a lawsuit on your doctor and company if y’all didn’t give me my medical card in a timely fashion.!

I went in this morning around 11:00 with my coworker and unfortunately had a terrible experience with Justina. She is so rude, loud and sarcastic. In my opinion she violated hippa by blurting out first/last name with a full date of birth to a patient while there was a room full of patients. I will be filing a hippa violation on this clinic as I take this very concerning. Justina's behavior is unethical, unprofessional and sits laughing at your patients. Hello Concentra!!! where is the professionalism? I will relay this info to my employer so that we are no longer sent here.
Justina would rather sit gossiping, laughing at patients and acting childish! She appears to be in her late 40's, perhaps she should act as such! I asked for her supervisor and I was told he was gone! hence the reason for my review!

Oh my gosh, these guys take forever to send test results that is unacceptable. Especially when it comes to you trying to join your new job opportunity, they really need to speed thing's up send results faster. This is why they have such a bad review in the first place. Everything seemed fine while doing a test, but unfortunately, they take a century just to send results off. They really need to hurry and do their job at a more consistent paste instead of having people wait. 🙄 i don't leave bad reviews for no reason just want them to do their job. My employer should have received the results already. Come on, guys.🤷♂️🤦♂️⏳️

Everyone from the moment I walked in greeted me and was welcoming and clear with the instructions on what was going to happen. Place was even way cleaner than it had been in the past.

Staff kicked my friend out of a room during a distressing episode, even after she said she didn’t feel safe to leave. They might as well have said, “Come back to urgent care another day. You know. When it’s less urgent.”

As I arrived I was welcomed and they helped me with what I was there for with in seconds, everyone was smiling super friendly, very positive energy setting, didn’t wait long at all maybe 45 min, Great timing i expected longer wait nope the team got me signed in did their thang and I was out thank yal for everything

The office was easy to get to clean the front desk. Girl was very nice and then the dude actually helping me out with my drug test was very very nice. I was happy it didn’t take that long to complete the drug test

Went for my d.o.t and staff was terrible didnt get answer the eye test. Told doctor i didnt get to answer and he said it wont help if i redo test also put me on sleep apnea and didnt measure neck. Cost me money when they are unprofessional. Never going here ever again.
