Used this one on many occasions and it is always a problem either with something not working or with very unhelpful staff. But today February 1st at 1:20 pm was my worst experience there. The station one didn’t work properly and I went inside asking for help. The guy by the cash register wearing white TShirt and a black shirt over it with to badge on was extremely rude and instead of helping he started yelling at me. I asked for his name and he refused give it to me. Question - if he thought he was providing nice customer service, then why he refused give his name. Answer - that is becuse he knew exactly what he was doing - providing terrible customer service, not being helpful and on top of all that yelling at the customer. What’s going on with you, Conoco people. Just go ahead and teach your stuff at least be polite.

Horrible. The place is run by a bunch of ingrates who know nothing about customer service.I told the cashier that I was only putting ice water in my replacement 7-11 Big Gulp container, and my water bottle (I never drink or buy soda - only water!). NOTE: This is something I say every time I come in - as a courtesy to them. Anyway, the backwater punk working at the cash register tonight rudely chastised me for even THINKING of filling up my water bottles with ice water at the soda machine. What a blowhard.He went on to tell me that they charge a fee for ice and if I want water, I must use their FILTHY SINK to fill it up - as he pointed to the opposite end of the store.Oddly enough, there is an ice dispenser AND A WATER DISPENSER TO USE AT THE SODA MACHINE. BUT I WAS TOLD TO USE THEIR DIRTY SINK INSTEAD???!!I told him never mind, and that I know of a MUCH CLEANER 7-Eleven that doesn't treat me like a second class citizen. So, I left the store and went elsewhere for ice water.F*ck that place. Funny thing: That piss-poor example of a cashier was wearing an "Army green" colored t-shirt that read: "Land of the free".How ironic is that??In the meantime, I will be reaching out to the 7-Eleven corporate headquarters tomorrow to file a formal complaint.THEIR CRAPPY TREATMENT TOWARDS ME IS UNACCEPTABLE.

The 7-11 is good and okay stocked. Sometimes items are missed place or miss labeled. The staff can be a little nicer and helpful.
