It was really early in the morning. My friend went into the establishment to get some snacks. To make a long story short customer service was impeccable, inside of the joint incredibly clean,clean grounds and rest rooms.

I went in for some coffee on my way home. I had thee single worse experience of my life. The store associate attempted to make me into a spectacle by publicly accusing me of shoplifting without any due cause, by screaming and yelling at me even when I complied with what he asked, and by making threats.

The tire pump is terrible and it was broken and took all the air out of my tire so I came there without a flat tire and had to run home to get my bike pump to be able to leave from what was supposed to inflate a tire. Apparently the 7-11 is not affiliated with the air pump but it says 7-11 on it. At least the staff has been quite nice in the past to me.
