This 7-Eleven is a few blocks from my house in the Baker neighborhood. I come to this location several times a month. Early in the morning they are well stocked with coffee and supplies but as the day progresses they start to run out. The floor is clean. The sole restroom is not open to the public. I have not experienced any homeless issues inside. Of course, they do hang out on the sidewalk and around the corner by the trash bin which is behind a locked fence. But that happens everywhere. I got my 2nd free small slurpee this month since I am a member of 7Rewards. I added 2 packages of Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds. They had a promotion where you buy 1 and get 2nd package for $1.00; I usually look for the promotions.

This store stole my money. Night clerk working 1/30/2024 at 1:22 am stole $89.95 from me. I was loading my cash app card with $85 plus 4.95 loading fee. The clerk rang the sale I slide my card and press ok for the amount. Hand him $90 and he gives me a receipt and five cents. I get home and there is no money on my card. I check receipt and notice he voided the sale. There are only 2 explanations 1 his drawer is over $89.95 or he put my money in his pocket. Called the store over 50 times and they hang up on me. Call customer service and they want me to send pictures of receipt and front and back of my card. Why in the world would I send a picture of my card number by email to a company that has already ripped me off for $89.95? And why would they need my card number for a transaction that never took place because the clerk voided it. I sent a picture of me, the receipt and the front of my card which should be plenty. All they need to do is check the cameras at 1:22am and watch the transaction take place. This is such bad business and 7 eleven should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this.
