The tour was very interesting and our guide was so knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly and we learned a lot. I'll enjoy these products even more now that I know the care and craftsmanship that goes into making them.

Every party we have, these are a staple. Family is always asking where my secret source is. I'll never tell. I've been on the factory tour twice, its amazing how passionate and knowledgeable they are about the process. I had no idea, what it takes to make "real" sausage.
