I showed up one minute late in a snowstorm for a class that I had reserved and was told I was not allowed to go into the class and was still charged a no-show fee. It breaks my heart to support this corporation. Core Power is owned by TSG consumer which owns pop chips, vitamin water, as well as planet fitness and other corporations. They charge outrageous prices without paying their teachers or studio managers living wage. They advertise as a ”community” yoga studio when it is absolutely not. This is a purely for-profit corporation that does not have the best interest of the its members, or any of the teachers which are the heart and soul of this place.

Great instructors, lots of class time, insufficient parking, and facilities that are poorly maintained and falling apart.

As someone visiting from Austin, I was thrilled to discover that there was a CorePower Yoga studio conveniently located just across the street from my Airbnb. Having practiced at CorePower back in my hometown, I was excited to explore a new studio while on my trip. From the moment I stepped into the studio, I felt a welcoming and positive energy that instantly put me at ease. The studio space was clean, serene, and had a calming ambiance that set the perfect tone for my practice. What truly made this experience exceptional was the instructor leading the class. The instructor's passion and expertise shone through in every aspect of the session. They guided us through a well-sequenced flow that challenged and invigorated me, all while emphasizing alignment and mindfulness. Their cues were clear and encouraging, making it easy for practitioners of all levels to follow along and push themselves to their edge.

I've been a member of CorewPower Yoga for a long time and I love it here. Some studios are better than others, some teachers are better than others, but overall, if you want hot yoga, this is a great place to practice!!! Find your fav instructors and make it a win for the whole world when you make the space to clear your head and heart on the mat. :)

This is the first CorePower I went to using the free week pass. Close to home, easy to find, and lots of street parking if you're not going at rush hour. This location is two story and has 3 studios, with full lockers and shower room. Love the feel of the openness of this location and friendliness of the staff. Two classes were in session and it sounded very hyped up. Probably Yoga Sculpt class. We were in studio 3 for yoga 1. It's a great refresher course if you haven't done yoga before or if you have done in a while. It was nice to learn the names of the poses again and be able to flow with the instructor's voice. I came a little early, so I was wandering around to check out the space. First floor was reception, retail, and small seating area while the second floor were all the studios and amenities. We started on time, there were only two of us, so we dive right in. It's something so easy, yet so hard at the same time. Definitely felt stretched out and using muscles I haven't used in a long time. I went for Yoga Sculpt the next time and man, that sure kicked my butt! It wasn't even just yoga sculpt, it was yoga sculpt Tabata!!! This class was totally full! Hyped up music and everyone was ready pump it. I wasn't, I had no idea what I got myself into lol! It was such fast pace and hot, that I had to take a breather. Don't get me wrong, it felt great but my little heart couldn't keep up for a bit. Kendall had great humor and kept the class going, or at least she kept me going even though I felt like I was dying. Yoga Sculpt was definitely different for me. I'm used to the quietness of yoga and hearing our breathing. It's nice to have variety though.

Today was my first time coming to CorePower and my instructor, Jo, was top notch. First, she was kind enough to let me into class after a little mix-up. Second, I was really nervous to join the class after having a bad experience with hot yoga but Jo made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She's also just organically funny which made the class even more enjoyable. Thank you Jo!

This place feels less and less like a yoga studio every time I go to it. This studio is dirty, and in disrepair. Locker rooms are uncomfortably dirty with black mold on the walls, floors, carpets are peeling up, flooring in the studios are peeling up, dirty towel bins are almost always overflowing, bathrooms are frequently out of tissues and TP, the hairdryers are terrible, the water fountains are really filthy (vinegar will get rid of those hardwater stains)..... The classes are packed to an uncomfortable capacity at times, and the vibe here is not one of mindfulness. Feels more like a gym with everyone socializing, rather than practicing meditation, the yamas and niyamas, and mindfulness. Where's the YOGA?

I have been to other locations and had great experiences. I signed up for a 7:30 HPF class tonight and when we got there the tiny studio was already full of people- there was zero space to do a comfortable workout. There is no way this class wasn’t overbooked, when we went to get changed there were MORE people trying to get in.The person at the desk asked if we were leaving and we told her yes because the room was full and she responded that we could ask people to move… move where?? There was no where to move. This class was overbooked. Will not return to this location.

Have been coming here for a long time, and go to multiple studios in the are depending on the class schedule. Love the variety and I never regret getting myself to the studio. Also since there are so many classes every day it works if you have a busy/unpredictable schedule to fit in a workout. Some of my favorite instructions are Robyn, Devan, Emilie, Adam, Jo. Honestly, they are all great!! But I try to go to their classes in particular as there is always something a little “extra” they offer- either words of wisdom, extra coaching through each pose, unique/interesting flows, or great music (or all of the above).

**WARNING: SAFETY AND HEALTH RISKS/BODILY INJURY DUE TO UNEDUCATED INSTRUCTORS WITH THESE STUDIOS **Took Katie's yoga sculpt class Sunday morning at 9:30am and it was not what at all what was described. Yoga sculpt is really just VERY INTENSE PILATES with an instructor that really didn't do anything to make sure people were safely instructed on what to do during the class, especially handling free weights or giving bandwidth in this class to flow back into your breath.***Also the music was wayyy too loud. Like unnecessarily loud.Absolutely won't be going back to her class or any of the core powers because it seems they hire very under qualified "yoga and pilates instructors" (maybe even kids with just online certifications).FIND ANOTHER WORKOUT/ YOGA FACILITY

I don't come here, but I do get woken up at 6am by the noise coming out of the classes most mornings, since I live in the attached apartment building. The managers have all been extremely unhelpful and just rude responding to our multiple noise complaints. Is there anything better than bass shaking your home early in the morning?
