Stephanie is a great instructor! Honestly this place has an incredible atmosphere. I love the three studios.
The women’s locker room is always fresh. Has plenty of room to refresh after practice. So much zen. Very authentic vibes🧘♀️✨

Another studio where humidifier is broken. I chose CPY for intensity, humidity, and heat. Classes have gotten less intense and robotic, but better than other yoga classes I’ve been trying elsewhere lately.
