Stephanie is a great instructor! Honestly this place has an incredible atmosphere. I love the three studios.
The women’s locker room is always fresh. Has plenty of room to refresh after practice.
So much zen. Very authentic vibes🧘♀️✨

3 stars because I love the location and instructors but would give CorePower 1 star if it would not let this particular studio look bad. I just cancelled my membership because I found out I can not pay for a 6 month or 12 month membership. This is surprisingly considering CorePower is a national studio. I can not be the only person in the US who wants to pay for a 6 or 12 membership.

Another studio where humidifier is broken. I chose CPY for intensity, humidity, and heat. Classes have gotten less intense and robotic, but better than other yoga classes I’ve been trying elsewhere lately.

I took my first-ever yoga class here and had an amazing experience! I attended Petra’s Yoga Sculpt class, and it was both rejuvenating and empowering. The class was the perfect mix of challenging and rewarding, with the best soundtrack I’ve ever had in a workout class. If you’re new to yoga or just looking for a great class, I highly recommend Petra’s Yoga Sculpt class at the Cherry Hills location!

Sue's C1 class is so good she's inspired my wife and I to really get back into yoga. I feel like I'm really learning and improving every time I take her class. She's also a cool person and the vibe in her class is perfect for us - challenging but lighthearted, and not full of new age drivel. Can't recommend her enough!

Really disappointed. Went to hot power fusion, and more than anything I expected it to be hot. The heat wasn’t even on when I entered the room and about halfway through the class the heater started blowing out COLD air. The sequence and energy both lacked what I came to expect when I was a regular a few years ago.
CorePower just isn’t what it used to be.

Honestly, a very weird.. and boring class. There was no flow, the instructions were left to the imagination, the heat was turned off but the humidity was high. Two people literally left during the first portion of class and during the middle. Will not be returning. There are a lot of yoga studios. I would recommend finding something that's worth your time and practice, and minus the weirdos.

BEWARE as there are a lot of car break-ins at this location AND Core Power is aware of this issue. They have done NOTHING about it, but add one camera inside the studio. I went to a 7:45am yoga class, walked out and my car had and two other cars were broken in to. Waited until 12:00 pm for police to arrive that day.CP response was that, “You live in a big city and should be used to crime.” After being a member for 10 years they refunded me only half my membership for that month (after arguing with them) and cancelled my membership immediately. It seemed like I was more of a headache to them instead of standing by their mission of, “Community. We unite with open hearts and inspire real connections, in the spirit of service, to encourage everyone to thrive.” After being a loyal member for over 10 years, they really do not care. I was just a number to them. I have since started going to a new yoga studio where the owners really do treat their members like a community and are very caring, inspiring, and thoughtful. Support local yoga studios and NOT corporate ones like CP where you are just a number.

Classes here are always packed. You are mat to mat wall to wall and it’s too crowded compared to other studios. The studio down in Parker is much more accommodating to the guests that spend a lot of money to do yoga. The Parker studio gives out cold towels after the workout, where the cherry hills stiffs you in and gives you no perks. Plus the price is insane for a yoga class, but I’m not sure that is something that individual studios control. I’d be wary before attending a class here

Sculpt with Sue was so lovely. Amazing teacher and commitment to her students. ? ❤️ Fun, encouraging, tolerant of limitations, knowledgeable and uplifting. LOVED the joint articulation work. 10/10 would recommend.

The yoga here is quite good. Most of the teachers are well trained and lead a good workout. However, I would suggest not using the app for check in and reservation. Sometimes, a class won’t be held…especially on days of inclement weather. I just had a conversation with the manger in an attempt to have one of those classes refunded, but he insisted that the class actually had been held (even though the door was locked, there was no one at reception, and no students arrived). To avoid any questions about who is telling the truth in these circumstances, I suggest avoiding the issue at all and just checking in when you see someone at the desk.

The instructors are extremely nice. They offer different variations of poses for beginners, all the way up to advanced. I look forward to taking more classes.
