Store was locked at 12:50am 9/28/23, no sign on the door, another lady was waiting in her car. After 5 mins, I knocked loudly on the door to see if anyone was in there or what’s going on and the lady in the car rolled down her window and swore at me, she’s the cashier! ?? She tells me “I deserve a break.”, and to go somewhere else! Thanks for the advice, I won’t ever be back.

The two ladies who are working the Saturday day shift were incredibly rude and hostile. Went in there to buy a drink and vuse pods. I had only been in the store for a second when the blonde woman immediately walked up to me asking if I needed help. She then proceeded to follow me around in the small store and continued to ask if I needed help. I soon realized she assumed I was shoplifting. When I went to check out the other woman than very loudly pointed to my pockets of my jacket and demanded I turned them inside out. I did and there was nothing in my pockets she then continued to be suspicious and did not apologize. The only pockets I had were those two. As I was leaving one of the ladies scoffed and rolled her eyes at me.

Says they are open 24hrs but employe says they are closed at 10:57pm on a Thursday. July 13th. If you close early on the weekdays the hours should be changed online.

This has been my go to gas station for sometime. The prices are good, and while the store is small it has the essentials and the favorites. The only issue is that lately as the homeless have migrated from the city to the suburbs (particularly around the Colorado center and defunct gas station/car wash across the street on Warren) they have had a lot of issues with panhandling. I have been approached multiple times both by myself and with my partner and have been heckled or persistently asked for change to the point I no longer feel safe visiting this location after sunset to before sunrise.

I'm a frequent customer at this circle k in fact I live in the neighborhood at The Deco apartments normally a convenience store is supposed to be convenient to their customer base both people stopping to get gas or buy their tobacco products or get a drink or a snack or some monetary easy thing to provide for a business I've been to this circle k over 100 times between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. in the morning meanwhile over half those visits I have not even made it in the store the woman who works overnight takes half an hour breaks so she can smoke her doink of a blunt or speak with her current relationship at the time or whatever she feels like she can do but not take care of the customer waiting at the store the store is open 24 hours for a reason to cater to those who need these products at these hours I would recommend seriously retraining this employee on how to perform customer service or suggest that she work a different job in which she is capable of carrying out the job in a decent fashion rather than an angry overzealous rude disgruntled employee. It doesn't shock me that she never wears a circle k outfit because she's so poorly represents the institution that she works she probably is embarrassed to know that many of us in the neighborhood know she even works there. If I had her employer's phone number or her boss's phone number I would seriously call and b**** so hard at the unprofessionalism this store exhibits during the hours it is open tonight that I might have a hernia. In addition if you hire someone to do customer service make sure they know how to take care of a customer and that their job is taking care of a customer service.

The lady who worked at 10:00 p.m. on February 24th 2023 refuse to serve me my gas and would not accept my cash. Was very rude and hostile. Claim the bathroom was out of order when it was working just fine and yelled at me even though the bathroom was open and working.

Paid for sip and save, never had an issue using it until an Indian cashier lady was working and suddenly it wouldn’t work (no it didn’t expire it hasn’t even been 1 month) and she very rudely forced me to pay. The manager and normal cashier are very friendly, this 1 star review is directed at that rude cashier.

Kal has the cleanest and nicest little hole in the wall Circle K I've ever visited. Never reviewed a gas station but this one stood out well enough to warrant it.

Extremely busy convince store. Lots of people and long lines. When I was there they couldn't process credit or debit cards..so it was cash only and long lines.

Rude staff and dirty store. They also sell expired and damaged items and refuse refunds. Last time I’ll ever go. Today they decided an extra $20 of my money for nothing belonged to them. Avoid.

NOT IMPRESSED THIS EVENING 435 ISH PMMALE STORE CLERK THREATENS MAN FOR NOT WEARING A MASK INSTEAD OF JUST ASKING OR REMINDING MAN. STORE CLERK GOES OFF SAYING HE'LL PUT HIS HANDS ON MAN THROW HIM AGAINST THE WALL LIKE HE DID TO PREVIOUS CUSTOMER EARLY TODAY..(his words )Wow who's running this store ? And are you aware of this ?I'm am shocked at this behavior by an employee working for you.
