We re-carpeted our entire top floor and up the stairs. Our experience with Coventry Carpets was very professional from start to finish and we love our new carpet! Scot provided great recommendations for carpet choices, the scheduling of the installation and payment process was efficient and clear, and the install was well done! Installers were very experienced and took great efforts to protect our newly finished hardwood floors and paint when installing the carpet. Additionally, we had one small fix needed after they left and they came back the next day to make things right. Highly recommend!

Wow Coventry did such a good job on our home. Not only did they recommend a great color for our home but they did a phenomenal job on the install and really transformed our, new to us, home’s feel. Such good underfoot feel and couldn’t be happier with it!

First time using Coventry Carpets based on neighbor recommendations. Scot is wonderful to work with. We made an appointment right away, he brought amazing samples and helped me pick the best color and style of carpet for a busy family room. I'm looking forward to replacing the rest of the house with Scot when the kids are out of college.

We are so happy with our new carpet! The process started with Scot coming over with samples that we were able to visualize in the house which was a game changer. We did two floors in our house and install only took one day. We will always use Coventry Carpets for any needs in the future.

This was our second time using Coventry Carpets. Scot was wonderful to work with. We appreciated the flexibility of the office in rescheduling our original install date. The install team was outstanding. They worked very hard to complete the carpet installation in a timely manner and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. They even helped us move the large furniture back into place before they left. We highly recommend Coventry and plan to use them if needed in the future.

Our experience with Coventry was excellent. They completed a full-house carpet replacement which we expected might be 2-3 days in a single day. The crew had a well-planned approach and managed moving furniture from room to room to accomplish the job, exhibiting utmost care for our furniture and home through the day.
I highly recommend Coventry to anyone for a carpeting replacement job.

We had a great experience with Coventry. Scot was super responsive from our first inquiry to installation and beyond. We felt listened to and were shown plenty of options for carpet. Scot took the time to answer all our questions and his back office kept us informed at all times of when the carpet was received and when installation would happen. The carpet it itself was high quality and feels luxurious on bare feet. We're could not be happier with the design and feel. Though we had a few hiccups post-installation, Scot was super responsive and sent a team member over the following week to make some final adjustments. A big thanks to this team for making the process smooth, setting the right expectations, and doing a great job. We'd highly recommend this local business for your next carpet or flooring project!
