I could not of chosen a better credit union to join 7 years ago. Seriously the best!! They take care of me every time! This week my debit card was spoofed and I immediately got on the cards app and locked my card when i found the huge fraud transaction had gone through. I then called the after hours 1800 number to report my card stolen and the lady immediately turned the card off. I submitted a ticket on my mobile app using the helpdesk (which is always fast response) ??and by 8:30am the next morning I had a response. At my lunch hour I walked into my branch on iliff and quebec and explained to the teller my issue and he looked at the back end of my account and we literally watched in real time the criminals at that very moment trying to fraudulently charge my card while we were standing there from amounts ranging from upward of $1200. I was in shock! They actually tried to charge my card over 75 times since the initial charge they were able to scam from me, and that was the only transaction that went through thank god I logged in and noticed and took action.***My bank teller guy was awesome! All the bank tellers at my SE Denver location are very knowledgeable and helpful. Bank tellers get 10 stars!!!!My only issue with cuofco is having to google the after hours number to report my card stolen. Especially in a frantic state of mind of being robbed!! That 5-10 minutes searching for the number while still frantically in shock of being ripped off and robbed by a criminal is so hard to find and that couple minutes is so important. I was able to lock my card immediately though in the cards app which is what I did.I wish there was a button on my mobile banking app to just hit and boom card reported stolen.Also the cards app 1800 number is useless literally useless. If you want ANYTHING done its best to walk into your branch they will take care of you!!!So thank you all!

Love the bank - The Credit Card is a joke.It has left me unable to make my purchase at stores, even after calling bank and letting them know I am traveling. I have used the app to help but no help. Later, they canceled the card over a 30 dollar subscription for a job search I purchased stating it was suspiciousI got NO notice! I found out while I was traveling and needed the card.

I’ve been a customer for about a year now everything has worked well online for me. Today was the first time going in person with questions. I am very pleased with the help I received from both Tanya and Mark. They were so friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me in detail. I was shocked and amazed with how great their customer service was. I decided to open a checking and saving account with them because of how attentive they were unlike my current bank. They’re great and I hope to keep working alongside the company!!

I can't stand this banks online services. Every single time I log into the online banking system it is a fiasco. 90% of the function on their online banking returns a error message stating that" Digital banking functionality is not accessible at this time. Please try again later." What should be a really quick process usual turns 20 min ordeal waiting on hold to hopefully get a representative to resolve the issue!

Highly recommend for normal banking. Easy to use phone app and website, good customer service. I haven't taken out any loans so I can't speak to that, but my experience has been very good on the banking side.

Been with this credit union for a couple years its easy and convenient for me i live close to one of the branches. Ive always been helped promptly over phone if ive called and going inside a location ive been greeted with very nice tellers and associates. I love my credit union

Been with these folks a couple years. They've helped me get back on track with a lot. Very receptive. Very genuine. Whether it be online, via phone, or in person, I have had great experiences. Would have given them like 50 stars but no lemon bars or espressos in the lobby. so sad.

I have been with this credit union for a year now and the service and staff have always been helpful, kind, understanding and they listen,they actually listen to you ,it's amazing in 2022 that someone is awake out here in numbville......I LOVE MY CREDIT UNION :)

I was transferred 5 times. No one helped us. My fiduciary went there after I told them he was, about a check rejected , they refused to help, would not even look at his paperwork, plus more. Offended me. I am looking to change. I do not like the use of home workers who do not have access to our info.
