Austin was an amazing help today and has really great customer service now a days people don't really care for treating other good when it comes to their jobs, but Austin it the complete opposite. He deserves a raise :)On the other hand, his coworker was so disrespectful I understand she wasn't helping me but she let Austin do all the work while she took a phone call and while Austin was doing his job, she make it seem like we were talking loud and took her phone call outside. That's era rude

I would give them no star if I could. My Mom just tried to pay half of her phone bill & a rude customer service lady said she "was unable to do that" We always go into this store and pay and have no problem doing that, but just on this specific day it was not possible. I often do not have a problem with the staff there, but they really need to improve their customer service. They have new workers every week and they are clearly lacking good customer service skills, they need to stop hiring ghetto people with bad attitudes and sticks up their @$s.
