I bought a phone back in October. I was told my phone automatically came with a screen protector that was added as a charge, not optional. That's fine, but they didn't have the correct screen protector for my phone and put a temporary one that doesn't fully cover my screen, saying they would call when they had the right one. Its now almost February. I have called several times and gone in once to be told they still don't have a screen protector for this phone. Initial service was fine, but forget about any follow through with their promises.
