On Friday, December 8, 2024, at 1:50 PM, I went to one of your branches and asked the salesperson, who was a lady, for a print of my last month's bill. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes of waiting, the staff member told me that I need to call customer service and ask them. When I asked for more explanation, she replied rudely and gave no answer.
So, I went to another branch. The staff there, with polite and professional behavior, prepared the print of my last month's bill in just 5 minutes.
My request from your company is to address the rude behavior of some employees, as such actions discourage customers and damage the company's reputation.

Verbally gave spoke out my PIN in front of unauthorized people the refused to let me speak to the manager when I called in to the store.

That was the first, and last time I'll ever go to this store. Bad customer service from unfriendly employees.

Called to ask a quick question (took less than a minute when I called a different store) immediately put me on hold when they answered, said hello a few times when hey answered and put me on hold again then hung up on me. Poor customer service to hang up on someone before even letting them speak. Thankfully I was able to call another location and had my question answered in maybe 45 seconds.

Its a little hard to get in and out of the parking lot at this location, and the cashier tried to over charge me 30$.
