Store wasn't open when I showed up when it supposed to be opened. he was late by 20 minutes didn't have the store ready what kind of rushing around to get everything ready I usually go to the store and it's usually ready he was a nice guy he helped me out with finding a phone I would definitely go back there and order a new phone again if I need to or pay my bill definitely one of the nicest stores that I've been to he had great customer service that's the reason I would go back

Very poor customer service and they have kids who work there and all they do is laugh at you when you ask questions i would not go there.

This is the worst dispensary I’ve ever been too. Asked them for some edibles and they said they only have phones. Very disappointed

This store closes at 7 not at 8. Google is incorrect and I just wasted my time and money to get here.

Came in to purchase a new plan for my old phone. (Bought from Cricket 2 years ago, last used three months ago) The representative here asked to see my phone, looked up the IMEI, then tried to remove the case (also sold at Cricket) in a bending motion, separating the screen from the body, splitting the phone. I asked for my phone back and asked what could be done to remedy this. She told me that phones bend in pockets sometimes and that it was like that when I walked in. I asked for a manager. Surprise, she's the manager. I asked for contact info to submit a complaint and the store ID number. She said they're both 611. Customer Support told me to file a police report and go to another store.If you want to have your stuff absolutely trashed and then be gaslit about it, this is the store for you.

Came in today to reactivate a phone that kept getting deactivated and the tall guy with long hair that was in this store didn’t even help at all, he just told me to talk on the phone with a representative, so what’s the whole point of me coming in the store to get help if all I had to do is call?! I went to another cricket store after coming here and guess what? The lady did do the job that he could of done. I don’t understand why work there if you are not going to do your job ??♀️

!!!CAUTION!!! You will likely decline their protection plans but they'll add it anyway. Double-check your billing after dealing with anybody in this store.

Overall phone service is fine in Denver Metro area. Mountain areas you will need to lean on Wi-Fi almost entirely. Store staff has always been helpful and seemed to try to get me deals when they could. Typically owned by a parent company which changed a fee times so policies changed frequently and dramatically.
