CrossFit Park Hill is an excellent gym for functional cross-training and high intensity workouts. The nice, big gym offers a relaxed, welcoming, and down-to-earth vibe with a wonderful community. Athletes and coaches are incredibly welcoming, friendly, high-spirited, and leave their egos at the door. The coaches are outstanding, awesome, watchful, and attentive. They provide technical instruction and monitor workouts to ensure proper form, with scaling and modification options always available for all experience levels. The daily workouts, or WODs, are easily scalable and designed to maximize the full hour within a thoughtful and deliberate programming framework. The environment is safe and welcoming for everyone, from those with injuries to beginners and experienced athletes, allowing all to work hard and accomplish their goals. It is an A+ establishment that comes highly recommended.
The CrossFit workouts are excellent! Great combination of muscular exercices and cardio. Coach Maddy is awesome!!!

Nice, big gym. I really loved the WODs as they were easily scalable. Coaches were awesome too. I will definitely come back here when I’m in town again.
