CrossFit Park Hill is an excellent gym for functional cross-training and high intensity workouts. The nice, big gym offers a relaxed, welcoming, and down-to-earth vibe with a wonderful community. Athletes and coaches are incredibly welcoming, friendly, high-spirited, and leave their egos at the door. The coaches are outstanding, awesome, watchful, and attentive. They provide technical instruction and monitor workouts to ensure proper form, with scaling and modification options always available for all experience levels. The daily workouts, or WODs, are easily scalable and designed to maximize the full hour within a thoughtful and deliberate programming framework. The environment is safe and welcoming for everyone, from those with injuries to beginners and experienced athletes, allowing all to work hard and accomplish their goals. It is an A+ establishment that comes highly recommended.

CrossFit Park Hill is an amazing gym. I had zero CrossFit experience when I joined at last year at 35. The coaches and the community here are so fun, welcoming and helpful. I really can’t recommend it enough and I am now the guy telling all my friends to sign up and get into it.
