It's ok. The move in price was unbeatable, but the hours are a little restricting and the 5 different Bluetooth keyless entries don't really work at all I'm or only sometimes, which can be frustrating but yeah it suits it purpose.

The price you see is not the price you'll pay (i.e. consistently). Our rent doubled in the past year, it is now triple the standard rate, and nearly quadruple the promo rate advertised on their site.
If you plan to store stuff long-term (12+ months) I suggest you look elsewhere.

Sign up for 150$ a month. Couple months later you're paying 395$ total waiste of time because now you have to move to a company that's not actively baiting a switching prices.

DO NOT STORE ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO LOSE HERE.
I rented here with the monthly insurance and all they could do was to ask me where my receipts and proof of ownership of my items was.
Immensely, dissatisfied and I hope that no one else suffers.The same fate as me.
The thieves climbed up and over into my storage unit, removed the locking mechanism, replaced it with one of their own and discarded mine on the floor with my lock on it still. The weather when I asked the reception is, if they change my lock, she said they don't have any way of taking my lock off and putting on a new one. I strongly believe the people who steal from all the other units live inside a unit and come out at night when it's closed to steal from others. Do not be fooled and make sure you check and make sure it is completely secure and not some flimsy. Aluminum held down with two screws, keeping them away from your things.
They stole my entire life before that. I met my wife and moved in with her all my video games, all my board games, my entire computer set up.
Pathetic how you'd think that the extra insurance you pay a month would help mitigate anything, but it doesn't even help one iota.
DO NOT STORE ANYTHING.YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO LOSE HERE.

The staff is cool & helpful & the property is clean . However , I chose this location over one closer to me for the price & the monthly rate just increased almost $30 . This is the last month I will be renting a unit . It already pissed me off that I was forced to pay for insurance . Late stage capitalism sucks ;D

The ladies at this specific location were absolutely wonderful. They helped us get set up so quick and easy and they were SO kind. The storage place itself is also spectacular. Moving everything in went pretty swiftly, and we had no problems with anything!

Becky was amazing. She was super helpful and allowed us to clean out our storage unit when it was a mess. She provided a broom and garbage to use and our unit is now spotless!

Great location, clean, staff (Becky) is fabulous! Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Love the technology/safety features! Also all tenants I’ve crossed paths with either moving in or out have also been helpful, respectful.
