They've charged me over the quoted price I expect to pay every single month. There's a repeat fee of $16.50 every month they said is for property taxes. They continue to charge me the insurance every month, even though I've had insurance of my own on the unit since I got it. Won't refund it or stop charging it even after they said they could, twice. Noone is ever in the office when I go. Noone answers when I call. My rent went up ($63) from what I was told to expect ($47mo for a 10x5) immediately after my two month "discount" was up. The discount wasn't actually a discount, since they charged me for the insurance I don't need and the property taxes they should be paying with the rent I pay. When I did the math to decide what I could afford I expected to pay $47 a month, after paying $23 for the first two. This month they took $93 off of my card in total. I have never paid the same amount per month. Every month I have paid more than the previous month.

Jeff was very professional. Entire place is very clean and organized. Do not use Storage Star at 4005 Grape. Angry staff there.

Walked in and was met by Jeff at the desk. He walked me around and showed me the different sizes that were available to rent. This was great for me because seeing the space was definitely easier to imagine contents in than just looking at numbers (10 x 10) etc. My Daughter found a place and I gave my 10 days notice per agreement; however, things did not go as planned so I went to talk to someone. Jeff was at the desk and explained to me that there was a small grace period after my due date. I am happily able to empty the storage facility within that grace period without extra charges. Grace periods are not easy to find so was very happy to have that offered. Thank you 303 Self Storage-Monaco especially to a friendly, knowledgeable young man, Jeff; he made my day !

This location is great. The property is very clean and well maintained and the staff is very professional and helpful. I feel confident my things are safe while being stored here.

After renting it online i show up only to get charged more fees and property taxes. All these charges should be up front so everyone can see. Very disappointed

Jeff it's a great and helpful person he help me and even. Give me advice on my situation he tell me what option I have and help me on transfer to a small one and give me options to help me he is very nice and have patience for me he is very good on he's job I thank him for all his time

Convenient location, but a bait and switch on the cost. The online promo quoted at one price... then they charge a space tax on top of it. Now they are raising the monthly fee by $90 because of a cost assessment. There are better places that are much cheaper.
